Perhaps people might watch a movie or read a book before judging it and declaring their hatred for it? It shows an enormous amount of ignorance and intolerance to do anything other.

Why would you pay to watch a movie or buy a book you know is going to suck? That’s ignorance.

You don’t know if it sucks if you don’t watch it. Other people’s perspective may not be your own. Stop following the crowd.

Why are you following the “for” crowd? Have you seen it? If not, your comments are not valid.

    2. When you have something tried and true like the old Disney movies that are beloved for generations to change it is insane and if the people who commented that give it a chance to watch it first I’m sorry that’s not going to happen we already know by reporters what is happening even with the leak from Disney studios we know what Disney is doing and they’re ruining everything everybody has got to be so darn politically correct and almost apologize for what they did in the past and there’s no apology for those movies they were beautiful stunning and wonderful and they brought a lot of joy to people and for Disney to take that Joy away by changing it to be politically correct is insane and I am boycotting everything Disney

Absolutely not. Until Disney changes direction we are done with all things Disney

      Totally agree!!!

  3. What is it going to take for Disney executives to realize they have absolutely ruined a good thing by doing all these live remakes and changing the storylines. This is where “Go woke, go broke” is a fact, not just a saying. Stick to the actual fairytales and your audience will be much more receptive.

      Totally agree!

Actually Go woke, go broke is proven by maths to be completely untrue.

      1. JMH

Incorrect. 2 years ago Dizney stock was at $200 per share; today it’s dropped all the way to $83. These failures have cost investors hundreds of billions $$$

It is a real shame that the company that was known for all of it’s iconic original and groundbreaking ideas has fallen so low as to now be nothing more than a remake and spinoff machine. Very sad for a company so near and dear to my heart. But that just continues the trend that Disney has fallen into with it’s theme parks by continuously and steadily bringing down their standards to the level of all of the other theme parks and either deliberately or not eliminating the special touches that made Disney a special place to visit. I don’t know if Bob Iger will be able to do anything to restore the ‘magic” and luster to the Mouse House. They have now fallen into the rut of constantly raising prices and removing courtesies that they may be too far gone.

I am very Grumpy about this !

As much as I’m a Disney fan, they will not get a plug nickel out of my pocket for this reimagined disaster. And if it’s Bob Iger that’s taking the company down the “woke trail,” then maybe it’s time for Iger to leave and enlist a CEO that actually listens to Disney’s legions of fans.

Those who make movies today have been taught their entire life that they have been victimized and to look for ways to be offended.

Disney, stop remaking movies. Nobody wants the woke crap. Stop using actors that don’t believe in Disney magic.
