I would say yes it will come to fruition they will get this done and to Johnny’s liking. Without Depp in any future pirates of the Caribbean is too risky for Disney especially with their recent track record for poor movies. Therefore it is a win win for Disney to accept anything Mr. Depp wants in regards to the success of the POTC franchise to continue to entertain the fans as we all should have a say it’s Depp as CPT Jack Sparrow or nothing at all.
