I totally agree, she is from the states and freedom of speech, if she was fired for another reason like being horrible to staff members etc, then she deserves it, but Kathleen Kennedy didn’t like her, she was waiting for an excuse to fire her. but she mad up she was difficult to work with because she didn’t want her around. I hope she gets what she deserves. disney thinking they can fire someone for their political views isn’t fair at all.
well, if they really fired her because of that, then I think it was unfair. She was on her own page so she can post whatever she wants, just like the people that protests that EVERYONE has the right to have their opinion.
Disney was wrong! Unless you spell out infractions in your contract, then it not germane to the contract. Other issues have no grounds to fire someone. We don’t have ‘ thought crimes” in the USA. even though Disney seems to think otherwise,
Kids made fun of my ” big ears” as a kid. Bet I could have a class action law suit against Disney for ” DUMBO” and all the emotional pain that move odf theirs caused. And they remade that nasty film. I had to have surgery to correct my ears or be a “Dumbo” all my life. Disney is way more guilty than Cerano, and I’d love to hear from a real good lawyer about Disney “Dumbo” law suit.
