I am not offended by this. At all. But here is the issue from the standpoint of a Disney Stock holder, which my entire retirement is in.
Disney+ is a streaming service that by it’s name and reputation is family friendly and safe for kids to watch. The problem is that there is a substantial percentage of parents who do not feel this kind of programming is “kid friendly”. It is reality and I feel is a big reason Disney+ is stumbling.
Parents need things they think are kid safe and don’t need to constantly look to see what they are watching. For a while, Disney+ was where they could do that. Now they can’t.
Since Disney owns most of Hulu is confuses me why Iger would want to add this here, when it is already on Hulu and he is removing a lot of other content that should stay on the service. Having a show like this will make a percentage of parents cancel.
It is the reality, and we have to accept this, even if it is not your viewpoint, and again it is not mine.
