No way. The ride has to be one of the slowest moving rides at the park. And a sudden stop at that speed I don’t believe could cause an injury. I am afraid this is just another case of ask for something and they will settle policy our country has adopted as policy.

Unfortunately for Disney some people look and try to make a quick buck on a bogus lawsuit. Sometimes it’s a legit lawsuit.
