There are unwell people outside of the Disneyland resort wandering Katella and Harbor. It’s gotten much worse this past year. Just going to the local businesses we are confronted by people who shouldn’t be out on the street. It is very unsettling.
That part of Anaheim has gotten so bad. I hold the city government responsible. They need to control the situation. The city is gaining so much tax money from the Disney parks being there, but they can’t be bothered to take care of their city and to keep park guests safe? Shameful.
