Absolutely entitled!!
After paying the exorbitant ( expensive, if you don’t know big words) you are entitled to the use of that room for the amount of time you paid for it, not just 4 hours. After a flight, maybe looking forward to getting dinner or going to the Springs or a park, this is not being a Karen, it’s being someone who is disappointed and taken advantage of.
Smarten up before you blather.
It isn’t any fun when you have to wait over 2hrs for your cabin to be ready and we had two dogs in the van w/us. They should have let us know. We would have left later since we live an hr & 15mins from Orlando. This is the 1st time I had to wait for a room at Disney.
Ah, social media where complainers come and whine and cry. We ask when we get to any hotel/motel if a room is available before 3 and if the answer is no then we will ask for a phone call when it is. Between then and when it is ready we go find something to do. No stress then. We DON’T whine and cry on social media.

I like Jeffrey wanting to check in at 10am so his kids can nap… Really?
I know of no hotel that will check you in before 2 or 3pm.
He could have taken a later flight to accommodate his kids if it was that important.
