Disney created this problem. If they would limit the quantity and scan the magic ban (to ensure the resellers aren’t going from vendor to vendor purchasing the limit) then others would have the chance to purchase the item. Also if Disney made merchandise available online people who are unable to go to the parks could buy it there and resellers would be out of business.
You may not like it, I may not like it, but it is legal and it’s called capitalism. These vampires have found a niche and they are servicing their clientele. I’m a big proponent of capitalism but I hate to see price gouging.
Disney doesn’t care how many they buy as long as their money is good. If they cared they would have stopped this the same way they stopped the ticket resellers.
If you want to do something then don’t pay the exorbitant prices online and the market for the items will dry up.
