It is difficult to understand why she is not the CEO of Disney, and or on the Board of Directors. Why cant Disney be run by a Disney????
There has to be more relations within the Disney Family that are capable to be placed on the board to run the company.
Yes as head of a company, the very bread and butter of the company are your employees. Every effort should be made to see they are not having diffculty to purchasing food, rent, etc….If they are the company should strive to assist, higher pay, company food pantry, clothes, assistance with rent or a home buyer program, etc…..
Yes Iger should have nightmares every night the rest of his life for his part that has been done to Disney. And in his nightmare is Walt telling him off what Iger and others have done!
I agree. Iger isn’t good for Disney. The board needs to put it back in the hands of the family. Corporate money managers only care about the bottom line & not the people who actually make the company work.
It’s time for a “family company” to start acting like one & get back to basics.
They’ll be able to save their reputation & the company.
