Based on what I was witnessed from the 10th floor at 7am prior to being called and asked specifically to come inside from the balcony I would be hesitant to assume suicide. With no facts said by staff or personal I could not rule out a medical emergency while running along the path. It is possible that someone fell in some form from a balcony below but without more facts based on what I saw I wouldn’t make any conclusions.
Yes, suicide is always the easiest conclusion to jump to, not to mention the most convenient for life insurance companies who don’t have to pay out on policies when the death is ruled as such.
