For me I think it may be a bit sad to see the Marvel movies of late, this one included slide down that path that DC Comics has done. DC seems to try to emulate Marvel don’t understand why Marvel is seeming to emulate them.
From the first Iron Man all the way through the Marvel’s endgame, fantastic movie, fantastic casting.But since then the whole franchise has changed. One thing that has not changed is the people in charge of those movies one of those being Kevin Finge.
I’m sure he gets a wonderful paycheck for overseeing all of these Disney projects including the Avengers and so on. But we keep seeing these movies that seem to take you around the block a couple of times before they show where they’re really headed and how they tie into these other programs. This new movie will take this again in a new direction having these three different Marvel characters that will intertwine their abilities.
Even the Guardians of the Galaxy recently (although it’s nice they brought back the character that died) there’s no real solid explanation of why she’s there. Different characters now have been brought back with different actors who don’t fit the part. So anyway there needs to be changes I think to keep people interested in these movies. Maybe you guys (us) know what it should be? Maybe your comments will help.
Finally! Out of the morally disappointing spiral that Disney has been on, they finally get something right. It’s high time everybody quits worrying about China. They certainly don’t care if they upset anybody else, so they should get the same treatment.
Sometimes if something is banned, I become interested in checking it out. But not in this case. The ONLY Captain Marvel I care about was created in 1940 by Otto Binder & C.C. Beck.
