De Santos has the guts to stand up for what’s right!
Parents have to right to tell their kids about all this WOKENESS, NOT schools! Kids don’t need this kind of thing jammed down their throats, let them be kids and learn academics in school!
People SHOULD wake up and fight against most of the things that are getting pushed on us! If a guy feels like a girl and wants to play on girls sports teams it’s totally wrong! Where are our women’s rights groups on this?

When your bigotry affects my children’s education, then we have a problem. They had an 8 hour school board hearing in a county DeSantis won by 40 points to protest this “parents know best” crap. If you don’t want YOUR kids in a lesson, then SEND IN A NOTE to excuse them for the lesson. You have NO right to tell me what I will allow MY kids to learn…especially when parents are ignorant, uneducated, and uninformed. This man has decided to call all FACTUAL Black history CRT to eliminate from the curriculum. He is shoving at risk teens back in the closet. He is trying to erase people. That is why he’s plummeting. He is a bigot and if you support him, then so are you. It’s not complicated.
You should definitely cheer for the guy who has helped take away your rights. Remember when you gained the right to vote, have a bank account, and own property? Don’t worry, he will surely stop after taking away your right to medical care, right?
The proper legal remedy is to dissolve the special district entirely. This is something no one wants because of the debt burden and logistical issues but there is no other “equitable” way to resolve the dispute from a constitutional stand point. The state appointed board was not chosen by the people who live and own land in the district, hence the people have had there rights striped from them by the state and the state dictates terms without a way for the residence to remove them. The state tried to have their cake and eat it too by punishing disney and not the counties at the same time. It is not going to pass the supreme court smell test. Either thing go back to the way they were prior to Desantis violating free speech rights or dissolve the district entirely and leave it to the local counties and tax payers to deal with. Thats how it should be, considering all these special districts are a scam in one form or another.
Mr DeSantis should be more worried about Florida residents NOT being able to afford to stay here. The taxes and Insurance have become Unbearable.
You were elected to be Governor you BROKE YOUR WORD to Floridians.How would your Budget look Without the Disney State SALES TAX coming in everyday.
By the way residents are Leaving Florida for less expensive homestead.
