Disney can’t get along with the State Government and now can= get along with their employees. Can people now see that the common denominator could be their Management needs to go. This is an entertainment park, not a political organization. Fire the Executives.

    1. I couldn’t agree with you more. It’s gotten to be insane.

If you don’t like how much you are getting paid, go find another job. It’s very simple. You knew how much you were getting paid when you were hired. My daughter was in the DCP, and she knew she wasn’t going to be paid a lot (though it is higher than minimum wage). She was there for the experience.

That all depends on how Disney changes wages along with the economy. Just because one was hired at a certain rate doesn’t mean it shouldn’t change. We don’t know when the last cost of living rate was raised or even if. Personally, seeing as how Disney ventured into politics it is now reaping its rewards. Not to mention I’ve heard several accounts from employees about the parks treatment towards them. It isn’t the best place to work for sure. Let the mouse suffer.
