I swear they make it sound as if this is as bad as the riots happening at Disneyland Paris. Of course it needs to close up so they can decorate it for the Halloween event. It’s not a big deal!
We have been to Disney several times(also, staying in Disney accommodation. Our most recent visit was in December. For the first time I must say I never was so disappointed as I was this time. I viewed it as total was of thousands of dollars and a vacation spot I will do again. We brought our grandkids to probably one of our bigger mistakes. From hotel accommodation to the theme parks, to the food and astronomical prices. I will never return. You have cut every corner while prices have risen-disgusting!
I refuse to visit Disneyland anymore. It saddens me that I will never visit with my grandchildren. The cost of a regular admission is astronomical! Special Events demand early closure of the Park and the mandatory purchase of a special second Event ticket. Nope! Walt must be turning in his grave!!
I thinnk Disney made the right decision to leave Florida instead of bowing down to a crooked Ron DeSantis who is another politician who is trying to destroy our Democracy.
I am proud of densantis and I am happy that somebody is putting a stop to Disney’s woke agenda . They don’t get to have special laws . They need to abide by the same laws as every other business does in Florida .

I’m always disappointed that The Haunted Mansion is never The Haunted Mansion at Halloween time. If they want to Christmas it up for Christmas, fine but let us have the real thing for Halloween.
I really dislike the Nightmare Before Xmas change during the Halloween season. It completely takes away from the original’s spooky, fun feel. I wish they’d just make a separate Nightmare Before Xmas attraction and not waste so much time & money taking The Haunted Mansion out of commission twice a year. The Nightmare Before Xmas version is, and will always be, inferior to the original Haunted Mansion.
I love the Tim Burton/Danny Elfman film but was horrified the last time I went to the Haunted Mansion and saw neon/ florescent colors with the addition of Skellington and crew. Leave as is and make Nightmare it’s own thing. Not that we’ll be paying those prices again for such a disappointing experience with lines so long and Fast Pass so ineffective that the entire visit was a waste of too much money.
