Put her in one of those costumes in the Florida 90+ degree heat and 100% humidity from park open to close and let’s see how long she lasts. Just sayin’.
I agree with you 100% here. When I was 15, I got my first job working as the Cat Country 107.1 cat mascot in sunny South West Florida. Those costumes do heat up like an oven in our hot, humid weather. I have a lot of sympathy for the Disney costumed workers based on my own experiences working as a radio station costumed mascot.
They do have multiple people to play each character, so they can be switched out. A lot of character meet and greet areas are inside, also. Not all of them, but several.
Wow maybe work there and see why they are only from specific times! Glad if you work you are there from morning till night with no stops at all what a worker
You people are cruel, she is right though they should switch people in and out of custome and this is not entitled when you pay that kind of money you should be able to get your picture taken.most of you all are cast members I bet ,so you don’t have to pay for park tickets families save forever to do this trip. and this may be the only time they get to have this memory.
Let me interpret Lisa’s post……
Wah Wah Wah Wah Wah Wah.
It has been this way since Disney opened.
These are comments by an entitled little tart who has no concept of what it takes to run a park or how it is done.
The entitled spoiled brats have grown up and still expect to get their way in every situation! I wonder if they pull this rap on their bosses too! I want this day off and I don’t care if I’m your only person for that day (Insert stomping of foot here)! Become adults and adjust to life it isn’t going to adjust to your demands!
Well then you get in the costume and do the job. It’s hard enough to find people to work these days, let alone people that are the right fit for the costumes. You work with you’ve got.

Well, they do need to stop for parades and such, but overall I agree and that is true for every attraction

Another person who feels entitled. There’s this thing called planning & the MDE helps with that. Your phone is glued to your hand, use it!

I was just at Disney with my family and would have loved to have a professional photographer there to take pictures of the whole group.
