I work at both Disneyland and knotts berry farm, as an attraction cast member and a ride operator, from what I have seen inside the company it’s bad and many associates don’t feel appreciated , or hooters are being cut and knotts is hiring more people than they can schedule. Not to mention our management team are not properly trained.

Please don’t cut out the “hooters”. Sometimes that is all I want to see when I go to Knotts.

I have been many times. For the most part, it’s fantastic. How ever there is a shortage of workers and no monitoring of line cutting.

My first job was at Knotts. I loved working there. Met so many friends, some of who I still keep in touch with many many years later. Not only did I work there but my uncle, my mom and grandmother all worked there also. My family ended up knowing the Knott family very well, including Mr and Mrs Knott. It was a great experience for this young man.

Knott’s is great. We stop by almost daily, use our dining plan for free meal(s) see a band, then go to Disneyland for the last couple hours of the night.

I miss amusement parks in the rain. Now I work at concerts and we don’t stop for rain. Worked an 11 hour concert shift the other day in the rain. As for rides, Matterhorn has been splashing down just before the breaks for decades. Amazing how modern rides can’t get it right 🤷‍♀️

Incorrect title. Should say – Safety Measure saves California theme parks millions in litigation

      Exactly!
Even when Disneyland chooses to stay open during inclement weather, they will not operate a Ride, or Attraction, or do night time fireworks, etc if it is not safe to do so (Knott’s Berry Farm is smaller than Disneyland, but it’s more affordable and you can’t tell me the Boysenberry Festival wasn’t busy this year).

Honestly, Knott’s will more than make that up with Haunt, overall Knott’s is Cedar Fairs most profitable park. This year may be a bit lower because of the crazy weather, but it will balance out by the end of the year.

I agree especially with the knotts pass for KSF

I just wish Disney would stop trying to brainwash my kids into the woke agenda. I love Knotts but ride availability has suffered. I still would prefer Knotts over Disney though

That’s one thing Knotts gets right !

So basically you want your kid to be a b-i-g-o-t and your tired of people trying to make you open up your mind and heart.

I love Knott’s. True, it does feel sometimes there isn’t enough workers but they want to keep their guests safe. Will keep going to Knott’s. They are great!!

I’ll spend my money at Knott’s long before Disney. Knott’s (Cedar Fair) cares about it’s guests while the Disney corporation only cares about money
