You know everyone falls and if a grown man falls from water a water leak and has all the supposed injuries in the complaint, how could he manage as an adult in the world. It only becomes a disabling injury b/c it happened at WDW. Payor is clearly the motivator.

    1. Mindy

      Yup. Clearly a faker too.

Absolutely true. If a grown man didn’t know a wet floor was going to be slippery, then he has problems. But Morgan & Morgan are all about the money!

    3. Way to jump to a conclusion. I’m 50 years old and slipped at my home on a tile floor. Because of the angle I landed I cracked a vertebrae an two ribs as well as permanently damaged three disks. To this day I have lost feeling in three fingers, constant pain in the middle back and nerve pain across my hips and down one leg. No I didn’t sue anyone, and yes it does limit extensively what I can do. I don’t understand why people jump to conclusions with just a snippet of information.

The amount of “injuries” he’s claiming to have is a touchy and questionable subject. However, some listed are a bit overly suspicious at being just a money grab.
For example… The ability to earn money. I’ve been injured numerous times. I have a 16% permanent disability in my back, due to an accident, costing me 45-50% my normal lifting strength. No feeling either of my knees, due to slip and fall, and an accident when I was younger, causing pain when lifting or kneeling. But yet, I can still go to work, physical labor, and get thru each day, earning money.
The “mental anguish.” Ok, so is this saying he’s now going to be scared of bathrooms, as he fears he may slip and fall all the time in them? Let’s think this over. Accidents in bathrooms are commonplace. They happen all the time. Does that mean you should be scared to use one? Doubtful.
Just take a step back and review the list of “injuries” as a lawyer might. Some seem a bit overdone, don’t you think?
Not saying he didn’t suffer some true injuries, but it seems overblown from how this is being said, like his entire life is completely ruined.

I agree, but some like to be judge, jury, and if it happened to them would likely not be so quick to judge, especially without knowing all relevant facts or pre-existing conditions, age, etc.

That is NOT the kind of “bathroom accident” I was expecting! 😅💩

If you fall have that many injuries from a fall in your bathroom, you should just kill yourself.

      Agreed.

This is a truly hateful and evil comment that shouldn’t exist. Maybe try being a kinder person.

On the escalator at universal studios, Florida, they escalator jerks suddenly, and It tore my meniscus out by the root canal that Kevin major knee surgery and out of work for quite some time and still to this day has had bad pain with that knee

That is hilarious. So there was a drainage issue, but instead of calling the front desk right away to report it, he keeps quiet about it until he slips and falls like an idiot? I smell frivolous, payout, bullshit. I hope his life is permanently screwed up. I hate scammers, especially those responsible for their own falls. There’s these things called towels. Put one on the floor next time while waiting for maintenance.

      Totally agree!

This happened in December he waited three months to get a lawyer and file. Something does sound fishy.

    1. Always looking at the worst eh. Ever consider he was hoping it would start to feel better for a few weeks, then went to the doctor, then found out the seriousness of the injury. Then possibly contacted Disney for the doctor bills and got the normal big goos egg. Then contacted the lawyer and it took about a week or two for them to look into weather or not to take the case and another week to get it filed. It’s really a normal timeline.
I have never understood why people jump to conclusions with just snippets of information.

Exactly M.J. Strangers the majority time think EVERYTHING IS A SCAM, ESPECIALLY when it comes to Disney. When I worked for Disney back in 2001-2007 I fell getting off a Cast Member bus going to work. Someone stepped on the back of my dress while I was stepping down the stairs and I took a really bad tumble. Fractured my wrist & jacked up both of my knees, but I didn’t sue them, but I’ll never be the same again 😢😢😢

With the injury he listed of vertebrate damage it is more likely he would/should have immediately been transported to a hospital by ambulance

  7. Steve

M.J.: People are sceptic because 99.9% of these types of lawsuits are bogus. Yell wolf 1000 times and see how many people run to your rescue on the 1001st.

Morgan & Morgan, ambulance chasers at it again.

3 year old grandaughter was beside us in line at the Beer Garden in Germany. Out comes the pretzel wagon on a mission to get up and out to her area and sent our grandaughter off her feet and tossed a couple of feet airborn. What a loud boom from the metal wagon when she was hit. She fell asleep during our dinner. The pretzel wagon girl begged and begged us not to say anything and offered us a free pretzel (which we quickly declined and warned her to slow down and be much more careful in the future) Luckily no hospital was required.
