People get upset when they think their being sneaky and going above the “system” only to realize they are still below it. This kind of entitlement is what makes customer service messy. All starts with the customers, not the representative.
Happened to my son yesterday at Disney World. Family only wanted a family picture on the ride with no strangers in the car. They got their wish but should not have. People wait too long in the lines to get onto the ride. Talk a family picture outside the ride.
Me and my two beasties Katie and Spencer of Best Life & Beyond do this all the time, and no one ever seems to have a problem. We will continue to exploit the single rider line until we are told not to. If you ain’t cheating you ain’t trying just ask my BF Michael.
