Good for them the pricing has gotten way out of control

    1. Sandy

That’s dishonest. You are teaching your child to steal. If you can’t afford the ticket, don’t go. It doesn’t seem like a big deal but what if the roles were reversed and someone was stealing time or money from you. I haven’t been in years and live 30 minutes away from Disney World.

      1. Connie

        Ditto! Can you say.., entitlement?!

      2. S Goodwin

Sandy, you are the kind of person I am pleased to know still exists. Years ago in Around spring 2000I visited Disney World only to be disappointed by the park in total. More fun was had at Sea World. I know that was ages ago and Disney has surely upped their game but they have strayed from Walt Disney’s original purpose of offering fantasy family entertainment. Those parents that feel they need to sneak kids in are very lacking in parenting skills.

        1. Dante

Actually Sandy is the type of person that resides in the deepest circle of Hell, frozen by the cold winds brought in by Satans own tears and flapping wings that chill the air in the Cocytus. You see Sandy is not just prideful, her disdain for her fellow man can only be bettered by her own treacherous nature. Teaching your kids to follow rules are one thing, but obliging them to mandates set by corporate greed and villainy is another. There’s nothing wrong with beating a system which has rules that are always in flux. There’s nothing morally wrong here other than Sandy’s contemp.

          1. Irena

There actually everything morally wrong with that,it’s called stealing and cheating.

          2. BM

            OMG.
            You again..

          3. Amused

            Someone’s been alone too long

        2. Sofia

Disney is not what it used to be. In addition, there are in the news since 2009 on the newspaper due to children’s trafficking, sex trafficking, and more. Do a search in the local newspaper. Two sting operations 2021 and 2022, but Disney is so rich they keep the news quiet. All done by employees of Disney.

        3. Or just maybe they’re not Lilly White and Privileged just like all 95% of Disney EVERYTHING IS and they want their little ones to experience Disney fun too 😡GOOD FOR THEM!! I’D LET THEM ALL IN IF I WORKED THERE.

      3. Tammy S.

Thank God honest people still exist, excuses for stealing doesn’t make it ok.

        1. BLAH BLAH BLAH SAYS THE ALWAYS PRIVILEGED AND NOT IN TOUCH WITH THE REAL WORLD 🌎

          1. Nonya

Race is an excuse to steal now?
I worked hard and saved for years to take my family. No privilege. Honest hard work.

      4. Tammy

Your worried about Disney? I bet you believe Hilary too!

    2. Then stay at home or do some extra work if you feel you must go. Spoken like a true immoral person who thinks everyone owes them . I guess once a thief always a thief.

      1. Alan

Retta. I agree with you 100%!! It’s not like those people who decide to go there don’t know it’s expensive as ALL HECK to go there! Unless of course they’re just TOTALLY STUPID! Go somewhere else that doesn’t cost so much. I’m pretty sure ALL kids don’t need to go there! I CAN’T stand THIEVES and CHEATERS!! I’m pretty sure that if those people who are doing that iwned a business that they wouldn’t be ok with people come right in and STEAL from them!! But a LOT of people think it’s OK to do that! Just because ” It’s too expensive and over priced” Simple solution…. DON’T GO THERE!!

      2. Travis

        🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

    3. Linda

If You Can’t Afford To PAY FOR IT THEN DONT GO !!! There are Plenty Of Budget Friendly Family Vacations to choose from. There is an Old Saying “ You Can’t Afford Champagne On A BEER INCOME “ !!! Live Within Your Means People !!!

    4. Al

      Another thief supporting thieves.

    5. Truth B. Known

      THEFT!!!

    6. Linda Christine Herold-Hocking

So, if you had a business, you wouldn’t mind someone stealing from you? What are you teaching your child? It’s o k to lie and cheat.

  2. Sylvia Watson

Good for them because those prices are way too high😆

    1. Stefanie k Williams

Awesome! Disney world is wayyyy overpriced! You have to take out a small loan to go.

      1. Olivia

        I agree .

      2. Al

Then don’t go. Stealing is never justified. If you can’t afford to go, you don’t go. You must be a proud Democrat.

    2. Latrice

I agree It doesn’t matter if you have the money or not. The prices are just outrageous not just for the park but just in general. Great Job awesome parents!

      1. Al

Latrice, you must be a proud Democrat that li es entitlements.

      2. Linda Christine Herold-Hocking

Clearly you people who are answering are not parents or adults.

  3. Bardo

People are tacky as —-. If you can’t afford the ticket or if you disapprove of the price then stay away from the park. That’s what I do. I haven’t been to Disneyland in over 20 years and it’s only 10 miles away from my house. Have at least a little shame.

    1. Tom

Even better, teach your toddler real skills. Hit up a mini mart before the park and have your kid steal snacks while you wait in the car, if they are Really good kids they can grab you a pack of smokes too!

      1. Connie

💯 and we wonder what’s wrong with the younger kids today?! Entitlement! Reparations! If I can’t afford something I’m NOT GOING TO STEAL FROM YOU! isn’t that one of the 10 commandments! Oh. Wait! Those are not taught anymore!

  4. Tristan

Just what we have come to as a society. Cheating not just tolerated but celebrated. Sad.

    1. Julie

We were just at Disneyworld for two weeks. We saved for years to come, and then saw all the big kids in strollers. I agree, what are these parents teaching their kids.

      1. Alice

We rented a stroller for our 1 yr old and 6 yr old so we didn’t have to deal with tired kids walking all over the parks. I don’t know how older kids in strollers makes for dishonesty, that’s a pretty giant stretch. Heck I wish someone had pushed me in a stroller, my legs were exhausted by the end of the day! Just because you didnt rent a stroller for your kids and gear doesn’t make it dishonest or wrong for other who need the assistance and convenience.

        1. Àmy H

They have been putting kids in strollers before coming into the park. Trying to make them seem younger at the ticket entrance, not about the rental strollers the park.

        2. Pam C.

But did you pay for your 6 year old son? Using a stroller is not the issue.

        3. Irena

You completely missed the point of the story

    2. Connie

      Exactly 💯

    3. Rangerdude

Dude, this entire site has disney fanboys bashing other actors for not joining the MCU. What makes you think ya’ll are any better?

  5. Sue

Yup when you lie and cheat you r the best. Sad sick world we live in. I just hope when there child grows up they r just like them.

    1. Joeseph

      Their

    2. Connie

      They will be!

  6. lorraine

prices have gotten outrageous, BUT if you want to go to DW or other disney parks you need to pay the price……I dont like the prices either, BUT I always watched for deals even after we got our tickets and I’d call DW and get a deal if it came up later………Hopefully all the cheats get caught because it makes the prices go up even faster

  7. Joeseph

Maybe if the child just turned three… But no way people are sneaking a average sized 5 yr old in…. C’mon man

  8. George

Disney just needs to lower their prices, when we lived in Florida we would go 6 plus times a year, but now I would love my granddaughter to be a lotto experience what her mother and uncle got to experience but at these prices that’s probably not going to happen.

  9. Emma

Sneaks child into Park, shoplifts from the shops, leaves the restaurant without paying, but it’s okay because they charge too much?? Were they taught this by their parents or grandparents? Unlikely, but who know? And yet they perpetuate the behavior by involving their children who grow up believing that it is okay to lie, cheat and steal. How sad is it that as a society there are “people” (see other comments) who support this perverted view of right and wrong because it “costs too much”. 8th commandment kiddos…

    1. Connie

      Very well stated!!

    2. Linda Christine Herold-Hocking

Well said and imagine how the children will be. It is the same as not tipping in a RESTAURENT because Disney is too expensive.

  10. Åke

To all selfrighteous Goood parents!! Yes is absolutely right that only the ones with lots of should be able to to DW. America in a nut shell!! Everything only for the rich! The rich steel from the people with less or nothing thrue low wages and high prices!!

    1. JG

If you’re voluntarily buying the products, then it’s not stealing. Face it, people create great things in this world, and you don’t have a right to steal it just because you can’t afford it. You are what’s wrong with society.

    2. Tyrone

Ake – Socialism never worked and never will. Those who lived under the fist of communism know that. The only thing stopping anyone from improving their life in the USA is themselves! Stop the whining and do something about it. Companies are paying for prospective employees to attend tech school to learn to be a welder, a HVAC tech or an electrician. Basic High School or GED to get started. A good welder right out of school can make $50,000 or more the first year. Elevator/Escalator Installer/Repairer salaries starting wage ranges from $61,100 and $91,200. Only thing is, you have to work!

      1. AL

You have to become employed first. And you’re pretty obtuse to think that’s an easy feat for anyone. Sexism, ageism and a lot of other “isms” stop people right at the gate.

        1. Tyrone

Al, not sure what you are getting at, there’s nothing obtuse or hard about it. The tech school I volunteer at has 100% placement for our graduates with a waiting list of employers needing more. Average age of the last graduating class was 29, with the oldest I’m aware of being 54. 62% male, 38% female. The jobs are the “trades”, welders, pipefitters, HVAC, electrical, wind farm techs, Elevator/Escalator techs, etc. with financial aid or employer sponsorships available. The apprentice programs ensure continuing education and upward mobility. All well paying, lifelong positions with transferable skill sets. The CDL truck driving school graduates 40 people every 3 months, all with a job waiting at graduation. We could do more but we only have 15 trucks and 8 instructors for training. The only “isms” that stop anyone is the “I need to get motivated to improve my place in this world … “ism”. Excuses not required or accepted.

        2. Smitty

Omg. I grew up in the 60s, female, and had to deal with isms and came from a family with NO $. But you work with the hand you are dealt and if you work hard and have a positive attitude, anyone can be successful. It takes time and a lot of work, something many just aren’t willing to do today. You want instant gratification and entitlements. Most of us work hard to afford these vacations but some of you are just too f’ing lazy. Stealing is stealing and people who do this are criminals.

Al. Get over your isms. You don’t even have a clue what some of us went thru in the past and still became successful. There are plenty of jobs out there. I worked full time at nights to afford college during the day.

          1. DH

            This! All day long!!!!

          2. Sharon

Too many people don’t want to work hard. They want to sit on their rear-end then complain. A thief is a thief. Entitlement is staggering! No one owes anyone anything. If you can’t afford DW, don’t go. We saved a long time to take our children. Guess what? As adults they now say DW was great and all but their fondest childhood memories are picnics in the park & family time.

  11. Terri

It doesn’t matter about the prices. That is stealing and not fair to the people that have paid. Why would anyone condone this behavior?

  12. Laura

I’m glad it worked out for her. Now what a shitty article. What’s with people posting pictures of families without consent? You can easily made up this story and placing shame on some people you don’t even know. In addition to all these people that continue putting their opinions here thinking this story is right and it’s totally ok to point fingers .

  13. Ozzie

I used to do this with my first born son. Honestly, I am not ashamed. People who bad mouth other for sneaking in your kids it’s really not a big deal. When they are charging an arm and leg for other stuff, yeah it’s okay to sneak in one kid. How much money does Disney land make a day?? I’m sure it’s a lot.
Its not like I’m teaching my kid to rob a Bank or not pay when he’s a restaurant. He’s a good minded kid and knows right from wrong. All of you who say this is wrong, you guys need to chill and stop acting like as if you have a stick up your a**!

    1. Darryl

And you’re the same guy we see eating grapes on the way to the checkout at Ralph’s while your kid downs a Hershey Bar, but it’s okay because Ralph’s makes plenty of $ off everyone else. Then you b**ch when they raise prices. Come on Ozzie, be a “good minded” Dad and set a good example, stick or no stick. Pay your way so others don’t have to.

    2. Ed

I’d say that if you own a business, I hope you get routine robbed by those that feel that your prices are too high. But considering you can’t afford the full admission to Disneyland, guessing you already just survive on food stamps and unlikely to own a business. Perhaps I should just be taking pity on you.

  14. Nope

My 2 year old wore 5/6T. He is now 12, wear means size 12 and looks like a high school senior.
I also took strollers when they were older since they end up exhausted.
    This means nothing.

    1. Sounds like excuses many criminals are to justify their crimes. And yes a crime is a crime. My boys were big also, but I told their right age and was never charged if they were supposed to be free.

  15. Coleton

Trashy people are going to do trashy things, this is nothing new. The only difference is that today people get views and likes for acting trashy, instead of the shunning they deserve.

    1. So true!!

  16. Mabel

Maybe if they made it affordable this wouldn’t happen. But at the end is out fault for going and accepting these incredibly high ticket prices .

  17. LinnyB

That’s theft. Teaching your child it’s ok to steal doesn’t make that person a good parent.

  18. Amy

Meanwhile I’m working 7 days a week and scraping by so I can take my family. Yea, it’s my choice to do so. I would never shove my child into a stroller to sneak them in. I’m willing to bet the people that do are the ones with the means to buy a ticket.

  19. David Wison

It also teaches your children it is ok to lie if it benefits yourself. How can you set an good example for your children when you bend rules.

  20. Andrew

Yes, the prices are high, just like everywhere else. You know what else costs a lot of money? Daily fireworks, cast member pay, ingredients for snacks, ride inspections, maintenance, cleaning, electricity, taxes, even water. Yes Disney does have high prices, they have to make a profit like any company, but to trick your kids in for free is not paying your share of the cost for that entertainment and teaching them that as long as you don’t get caught, anything is fine.

  21. Lucie

Wow! Unbelievable, teaching kids to steal. Yes, I know Disney is a big corporation but it’s not a good example of a parent to teach your kid this! Shame.

  22. Lee

They were probably brutally awakened when they had to scan all their bracelets to get on any rides or in any attractions lol

  23. Bragging about being thieves and teaching this skill to your children. God have mercy on your souls. And hopefully someone can teach the kids some values and morals.

  24. Ron

What a great Parent you are for teaching your child…If you can’t afford something, steal it because it’s your “right”!! That’s why there has been a steady decline in children..kids, etc. Over the past 20 years. Parents that basically teach their kids to steal were taught that by their parents. While you’re at it get ready for their prison sentence, because that where they’re headed!!!!

  25. Tom

In my experience, thieves are always proud of their disgusting actions. They never realize most people look down at them as lowlifes

  26. Ashes

I understand but why would you post this?
If you can’t afford to buy a ticket. Go straight to Disney employment fill out an application and get a job there. You’ll be able to get your family in.

  27. Nick

This isn’t right! But not everyone has it. I understand that too. It’s sad someone had to do this to get their kids in. Once they find out what Walt Disney really is it won’t matter anymore anyway.

  28. Sarita

Well it’s seems most of the comments don’t agree with the theft and dishonesty. I also don’t agree but my reasons are different each and every thing in life you do is being judged by a mighty god and one day we will all be held accountable for these actions and oh ket me blow your mind we as women usually have a lot to say by nature. One day that same day your being judged fornthisr actions you’ll be judged for those words make sure that both your words and actions are edifying for the lifting up of another. We can’t afford to pay the debt we will owe if we are not repenting and honestly turning from this behavior. I wanna leave you the fact the the word Virtue is so much more than just a word Virtue is actually in the Hierarchy of The Angels so remember when your conscious is talking to you about something you know better than to do even if no one is watching Virtue is…one of your angels sent to help you in the narrow road…I love you make good choices

  29. K Gipson

Not only is that completely dishonest, it teaches your kid to be dishonest, ans now the secrets out. Other people won’t be able to do it for long. Then again, Disney is so damn woke that I see no reason a 12 year old couldn’t “identify ” as 3.

  30. Mercedes

If you can’t afford tickets for everyone in your family, then don’t go!!! Go somewhere else you could afford. I don’t see how the people that
agree with this don’t see a problem with this?

  31. Katrina Chaffin

As a parent with a large family, I have never taken my kids or family to Disney, it’s hard enough with both parents working to even get the time off for a vacation but we cannot afford them. I won’t cheat the system, I just won’t go. I have 4 sons, 6 daughters and soon to be 15 grandchildren. Thats more than a mortgage payment just for tickets, that doesn’t count food, souvenirs, ect

  32. David

Poor people. Go to Knotts Berry Farm

  33. Nobody

Listen. If you’re going to Disney World and can afford to pay the ticket prices for yourself and your spouse, you can save money by bringing your own food and skipping on the extremely overpriced souvenirs, and afford to pay for your kid’s ticket too. Stealing is stealing, no matter how you look at it. It’s a LOT of money for Disney World to maintain attractions, pay their thousands of employees, pay for the daily food that they’re serving to (likely) hundreds of thousands of people, daily fireworks, etc, etc. That money has to come from somewhere. If you don’t have enough money to go, and you’re that desperate to “see the magic”, you open up a high-yield savings account, put a bit of your bi-monthly paychecks in there and watch your money grow, until you can afford to buy tickets for everyone, when the tickets are on sale.

  34. Alejandra Rodriguez

I’m disgusted but this behavior. And this is the “adult”? The “parent”. As many people has mentioned: If you don’t have the $ to pay for tickets, don’t go or work harder, overtime, whatever BUT don’t teach your children that not paying for a ticket is OK and make them feel or believe is a “smart” move/decision. It is called: stealing, simple. For parents and people like these is that our society is corrupted. And don’t blame flicking Disney park and prices, etc. If you don’t have money or didn’t saved enough don’t go. Also, don’t make excuses to justify why someone is stealing and not paying for something. I would be ashamed of my mom. Thank God even when we were not rich we never had the need of steal anything because all women in my family worked.

  35. Oyf

The people on here who support this and say screw megacorps would risk jail for theft to access a megacorp theme park.

  36. BM

Good parenting. Teaching your child and the older ones with you to lie and cheat. Yep. Good parenting. Go ahead and get creative with words to justify otherwise….

  37. BM

Good parenting. Teaching your child and the older ones with you to lie and cheat. Yep. Good parenting. Go ahead and get creative with words to justify otherwise….
And people wonder why America is going downhill…this behavior and the people you vote for to represent you…

  38. Tammy S.

Stealing is Stealing. The fact that Disney os over priced doesn’t make it ok. And imagine getting caught and the disappointment that child would experience if banned from the park.

  39. Marilyn Lawton

I bought my almost 3 year old a pixie dust pass. I bought 4 passes. Not going to teach the child bad things.

  40. Meg

One of the lessons my father taught me by example that i am most proud of him for was when my brother said “Just tell them im 12, Dad” and my dad looked so disappointed. He said “But, Tommy, that would be lying and cheating.”
My dad wasn’t a liar or a cheat.
He taught me not to be.
What are you teaching your kids?

  41. Truth B. Known

    “Gypsies, tramps, and thieves…”

  42. BLAH BLAH BLAH SAYS THE ALWAYS PRIVILEGED AND NOT IN TOUCH WITH THE REAL WORLD 🌎

  43. David

I am appalled at some of the comments I am reading on sneaking kids into Disney Theme parks by pretending the kids are less than 3 years old. What in the world are we teaching the younger generation? When I was a child “honesty” was a primary concept being taught to all of us – whether it was in school, through organizations like Scouting, or in my church. The concept was that taking something that did not belong to you or without paying for it was “stealing”, plain and simple – and it was wrong. What has happened to our society that this fundamental concept is no longer the mantra being espoused by adults in this country? Some of you speak about the “greed” of the corporations. Of course there is “greed” – the companies are out to make money and will charge whatever they can to promote and sell their product. If you owned that company, or worked for that company, wouldn’t you want to sell your product at a profit? Would YOU be happy if someone tried to obtain your company’s product without paying for (stealing) it? I expect not. Based on the comments I’ve read on this blog, some of you may want to call me a “bleeding Democrat” for my views – rest assured that you would be absurdly incorrect in this belief. When I was 18 years old and signed up for the draft, I registered to vote as a Republican and, despite not agreeing with many of the Republican positions espoused during the following 56 years as a registered Republican, I’ve remained as a registered Republican. The Republican Party has, at least during my participation years, been the political party that sided with business in any disputes and helped those companies continue to earn money, while the Democratic Party was traditionally the party that upheld the rights of the common man/workers and attempted to wrest away some of the company profits for the benefit of the workers. While those roles no longer appear to be as “definitive” as they were previously, there are still some distinctions; some of which are good and or appropriate and some of which are harmful and/or outright crazy – on both sides. The role of the “moderate” Republican or Democrat appears to no longer be the predominate characteristic of the people in this country – both sides have migrated to extreme positions on both ends of the spectrum unable to achieve compromise on anything. A very sorry state of affairs for all of us, and especially for our children and their children. Justifying the legitimacy of behavior like “sneaking” overage children into the theme park – or any other venue – or teaching a child how to “beat” the system is just an excuse and “polite speak” being used to tell them how to cheat and steal. That’s what they will learn, use in the future, and “teach” their children. Let’s hope Disney catches all those offenders and “blacklists” them – like they do to card cheats in Vegas – from attending any theme parks in the future. Let the parents explain that to their children!

  44. Tammy Gerner

    All for it!!!
    EVERYONE SHOULD DO IT!!!!
DISNEY HAS RIPPED US ALL OFF LONG ENOUGH!
    GO DESANTIS!

  45. Carrie

I am going to Disney in September. I am 51 Disabled and do not get a discount. Maybe instead of my wheel chair my sister can shove my 5’2″ body in a stroller????hummmm. Nope I would rather pay it is called saving and planning and my trip will be great because I did.

  46. Mad Hatter

Always the victim huh Tammy? That’s precisely why you’ll never have anything. I never got to go to Disney World as a kid because my family couldn’t afford it. As a matter of fact the first time I got to go, my trip was paid for by my in-laws when I was 37 yrs old. A few years later I had finally saved enough to take my family and pay for it myself. I WORKED and SAVED for it for MANY YEARS.
