I was on the Disney Wish this past weekend. Having technical difficulties on a new ship was unexpected, and not going to the island for a very much looked forward to day on a tropical beach was disappointing. However, the ship is magnificent. The staff are friendly, well trained and actually appear to be happy to be making your every wish come true. The Captain and crew kept us informed of the situation and made the passengers and staff’s safety the number one priority. I loved every moment I spent exploring the Disney Wish due to the day at sea. I will be happy to go on another Disney cruise in the future.

From what we heard about the events of last weekend on the Disney Wish, we are changing our plans and going with another cruise line.
That ENTIRE CRUISE ON THE DISNEY WISH, was a flop…
    Late getting into port…..
    No fireworks….
    No Cast Away Quay…
NOT BECAUSE OF WEATHER, BUT BECAUSE OF MECHANICAL BREAKDOWN OF THE SHIP…
ENTIRE CRUISE SHOULD BE REBOOKED FOR FREE FOR EVERY PASSENGER.
The passenger’s time and additional transportation, would still need to come out of pocket…
Only allowing $100.00 credit/stateroom and only 20% off the cost of your next cruise (within 18 months), and I am sure by then you will increase the cost per person on that next cruise…POOR AND UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!
