    She does know that people are forced to use it in order to have a closer experience to pre-Covid? She may as well come out and just say thanks everybody for your donation to get disney back on track and pay my salary!
    It’s a complete money grab and we don’t have a choice. If you go to Disney, you absolutely need to have it or you wait in line for hours for one ride. Or some of the rides don’t even have a line anymore.
    she needs to be fired for being completely out of touch with reality and completely out of touch with visitors to the parks. Someone needs to ask her if she’s ever been to Disney. Before 2019 and then again after 2019 because she is delusional.

    This whole genie service is a complete money grab for a service that used to be free. Fastpass+ was by far a completely better system and free!! As a somewhat frequent guests opinion, we want our free fastpass+ system back. Your tickets and food are expensive enough without having to pay to ride as well!!

    The only reason people buy Genie+ is they feel they have to because of posted stand-by wait times. Thing is, we were at WDW during spring break and the wait times were inflated by 15-25 minutes. We gambled our first day hoping this would be the case. We did not purchase Genie+ our entire trip and were rewarded with, well, not wasting money. The genie still needs to be put back into the bottle. The company has used up its three wishes.
