My point is even if he did pull out of the program the President stated that all States and their governor was left with Billions of dollars even when they pulled out of program lol. So this is the kicker when he shipped migrants to Martha Vineyard and the Government is not making him be ACCOUNTABLE in the lawsuit against him. If he ran out of money how could he take the interest of the money to ship migrants to Martha Vineyard if he ran out of money and still till this day paying past claims. I say the government needs to Audit every last penny of the Covid relief money and make him address the shipping migrants lawsuit.
