If Din and Grogu are not going to be the main focus, then what’s the point? Does woke Disney really have to ruin everything about Star Wars? The Mandalorian was the best thing they had going in the SW universe.

Just another example of Disney ruining another storyline. They don’t understand that sometimes a storyline can be in the same universe and yet doesn’t need to connect directly with another story. It sounds like the executives are trying to connect the stories to justify spending money. Sometimes one story will be more popular that others and they will try to save the others. Disney messed up on some of the other starwars movies and now they expect this show and future others to save the starwars universe to make the audience interested in the upcoming movies. They are gonna sacrifice disney+ shows for the big screen. At the expense of the audience. Just watch.

One doesn’t say, “The Mandalorians” – just like you don’t say, “Pokémons.” I assumed from the beginning that the show would be about more than just Din and Grogu. Katee Sackhoff is amazing, Pedro Pascal is amazing, and I’m happy to see the show expand and broaden the scope. It is The Way.
Clearly you haven’t watched other Star Wars shows, movies, or read any of the comics. Every time a group or collective of them are mentioned they are referred to as Mandalorians not Mandolarian which is the name of the race/group these people are a part of. Star Wars fans are not mean-spirited, we’re just tired of getting shafted by the writers of literally 90% of Star Wars content coming out. Season 3 is terrible, it has completely lost the plot of what they had set up from season 1 and 2. Nobody cares if the show expands. But Din and Grogu ARE the main reasons why people even watch the show and for them to take a sideline is just ridiculous. This season has clearly been rushed as well with an entire episode being mainly about a side story that will not have an impact for a while and takes away from the show as a sacrifice. The latter of which was a big complaint about the Book of Boba Fett that people had. If this continues they are going to lose the majority of their audience which are clearly voice their discontent for this season and the way the show is heading. Everything that they’ve used with the armorers conversation to convince Bo also applies to Din. But the shows decided to completely ignore that and go with her instead. As far as I and everyone else is concerned Din IS The Mandalorian.
The series was most balanced and at its best when it was about Din, Cara and Grogu. The 1st season was steller and it appeared that Star Wars was heading back on track with at least one of there projects. But now, I can see the infestation of poor story telling, no direction of story arc and woke culture have ruined even this series; much as it has most other Stat Wars incarnations.
I think everyone is missing the point… It says Pedro, not Din. Im pretty sure it means Pedro is out, he was “phoning it in” for most of it anyway.

I’m conflicted about the change of storyline and will be sad to see the Din/Grogu dynamic be on the sideline. There are so many production insider factors and reasons that we aren’t privy to yet. Pedro Pascals skyrocketing career and upcoming cowboy movie may be a factor (and this may be controversial, but his personal life may influence Disney’s decision about his character.) I love and support Pedro Pascal as Din and his continued success in getting great roles.

I am tired of these Major Corporations Buying Our Massively in Demand Legendary Star Wars Universe, who when creating New Content in Off-Shoot Titles like “The Mandarin” that are running into problems with Key Characters losing the Actors for different reasons.
The Mandalorian is rarely seen without his Helmet off and so there was no Reason to Hire Top Actors as they can’t commit to the Series being Renewed due to other Productions they also want to be involved in.
I would still have enjoyed the Series with a less popular actor who will Continue to further Seasons in that Role.
We see this with The Witcher Main Star who is leaving the Role playing the Main Character Breaks the Viewer Belief in the Character asks a great deal from the Fans to See the replacement Actor as Geralt as “The Witcher”.

The title the mandalorian is not inclusive to a single character. It never has been and it never will be. They started off the series focusing on a couple of foundlings which make up small percentage of the mandalorian. When they refer to the mandalorian it’s like they refer to the ute, or the Navajo, there does not need to be the letter s at the end of it to meeting more than one. I’ve enjoyed the story so far. I believe that John favreau and David filoni have the best interest of the franchise in mind. I believe in order for this series to save valid, it’s going to need to follow multiple story arcs tying into the mandalorian as a culture and it’s overall influence throughout the galaxy. To refuse to watch the show once these two characters are no longer the primary focus is pretty shallow, and doesn’t really show much hope for you other than complaining about how it’s not what you want in the Star wars universe. None of us are going to be able to dictate what storylines are manifested throughout the Star wars universe, if we could then was the point be the point of even having them, cuz it just be all predetermined fanfiction. So y’all go ahead and b****, and moan, and do your little complaining and get all caught up in the ” ” politics. I on the other hand am going to enjoy the depth, and texture that has been wove throughout multiple storylines and multiple series creating a very rich landscape of science fiction.

I’m not a big fan of the changes. I wanted a man making his way through the galaxy. I love mandalorians, and glad to see more of them on the screen. But mix in these short seasons with hit or miss episodes and two year breaks and I’m out. Will binge watch when it’s finished airing.
Season 3 is not very good. Instead of focusing on Din and Grogu which is why the show was popular in the first place along with good supporting characters they decide to shift gears and focus on Bo Katan. I have lost interest in this show.

I’m conflicted about the change of storyline and will be sad to see the Din/Grogu dynamic be on the sideline. There are so many production insider factors and reasons that we aren’t privy to yet. Pedro Pascals skyrocketing career and upcoming cowboy movie may be a factor (and this may be controversial, but his personal life may influence Disney’s decision about his character.) I love and support Pedro Pascal as Din and his continued success in getting great roles.

I for one have no problem with this. Pedro has become too big of a star for them to afford him for more than bit of voiceover. The funny thing is now that I know to look I can totally tell when it’s Brendan Wayne in the armor from his goofy gunslinger walk.

Disney is only as woke as they need to be to make money. It turns out a everyone likes inclusion except for a bunch of Hot Pocket breathed, lotion smelling, minimum wage shutins who have all the spending power Mommy and Daddy allow isn’t a profitable market. Who knew? Fail to get woke go broke is the truth. However a good rule of thumb in the future would be to distrust any advice which rhymes.

Totally agree. I don’t much care who “The” Mandalorian of the week is. But I do hope they can find a way to keep Grogu in the mix. He’s more open to making new friends. Maybe he won’t always have to be by Din’s side.
I love Pascal, but he’s pretty much just a voice so I often feel disconnected from him.

Everybody’s worried about Pascal not being in spotlight anymore when, who knows, maybe he was in the serie in flash and bones only in that few occasions he removed his helmet, only giving his voice to the character played instead by some mr Nobody less expensive than him…

I am tired of these Major Corporations Buying Our Massively in Demand Legendary Star Wars Universe, who when creating New Content in Off-Shoot Titles like “The Mandarin” that are running into problems with Key Characters losing the Actors for different reasons.
The Mandalorian is rarely seen without his Helmet off and so there was no Reason to Hire Top Actors as they can’t commit to the Series being Renewed due to other Productions they also want to be involved in.
I would still have enjoyed the Series with a less popular actor who will Continue to further Seasons in that Role.
We see this with The Witcher Main Star who is leaving the Role playing the Main Character Breaks the Viewer Belief in the Character asks a great deal from the Fans to See the replacement Actor as Geralt as “The Witcher”.

I have a good habit of pulling the plug right before a show goes downhill. It usually gets real boring with plotless filler before the wokeness pops in.

The title the mandalorian is not inclusive to a single character. It never has been and it never will be. They started off the series focusing on a couple of foundlings which make up small percentage of the mandalorian. When they refer to the mandalorian it’s like they refer to the ute, or the Navajo, there does not need to be the letter s at the end of it to meeting more than one. I’ve enjoyed the story so far. I believe that John favreau and David filoni have the best interest of the franchise in mind. I believe in order for this series to save valid, it’s going to need to follow multiple story arcs tying into the mandalorian as a culture and it’s overall influence throughout the galaxy. To refuse to watch the show once these two characters are no longer the primary focus is pretty shallow, and doesn’t really show much hope for you other than complaining about how it’s not what you want in the Star wars universe. None of us are going to be able to dictate what storylines are manifested throughout the Star wars universe, if we could then was the point be the point of even having them, cuz it just be all predetermined fanfiction. So y’all go ahead and b****, and moan, and do your little complaining and get all caught up in the ” ” politics. I on the other hand am going to enjoy the depth, and texture that has been wove throughout multiple storylines and multiple series creating a very rich landscape of science fiction.

I’m not a big fan of the changes. I wanted a man making his way through the galaxy. I love mandalorians, and glad to see more of them on the screen. But mix in these short seasons with hit or miss episodes and two year breaks and I’m out. Will binge watch when it’s finished airing.
Also, Pedro Pascal really isn’t anything special.

Season 3 is not very good. Instead of focusing on Din and Grogu which is why the show was popular in the first place along with good supporting characters they decide to shift gears and focus on Bo Katan. I have lost interest in this show.
