I’m not saying this or any “entitled” parent had a right to assume they will accommodated but I’m going to go out on a limb and say that this tic-tocker is grossly over exaggerating the encounter all to have her “story” told and feed her narcissistic desire to be relevant on social media…again just an educated guess since as always (especially on this site these days) it’s just one side of a two sided story, and I use the term story loosely here.

I waited in a long, long line to see Madame Daisy fortune teller at Disney World Magic Kingdom’s Pete’s Sideshow Circus. As an older single woman with a bad back, who never really got to see Disney World until I was in my 40’s, I really wanted to meet Daisy, one of my favorite characters, to endure the pain. A young apparently Chinese couple with a son maybe five or six years old was behind me and let their son hang on the rope lane divider and try to get ahead of me for the whole wait. I managed to block him till I got to the head of the line – then this agile little kid ran around me to stand with Daisy and his parents pushed past me to join him for a photo. I yelled foul and cast members came. After a long quarrel between them, during which I schmoozed with Gypsy Daisy, they were expelled from the line (which continued to meet Pluto with his dancing poodles.) I was glad to see justice done.

Good for you!!!! I’m a 65 year old Disney Adult and enjoy my visits as much as anyone else. I never got to go as a child so I’ve been spending my adult years visiting many times. I also can’t stand when “entitled” people think that someone of any age has to accommodate their whims. You are no more special than anyone else!!!!!

Easy solution would be to visit the character as a group. You still would get your individual picture opportunity. If the parent complained about this I would have politely told them to move along and eat mickey cake.
