I suggested they retheme this ride into a Tianna ride so she could be where the rest of the princesses in Fantasyland. They could have put a meet-and-greet next to the ride.

    No.

Leave the ride as is. If you are afraid, then don’t ride it.

  3. It’s a COMIC portrayal of ‘He!!’ and very cartooney. Oh, please, let’s move on. I like the ride and love that it’s still in the park. Fantasy Land was Walt’s favorite, so let’s keep it and enjoy. I’ve never heard anybody say anything bad about that part. Usually big smiles!

Yep. This sounds like an attempt to stir up controversy where there is none. If you notice, the original poster of that comment didn’t say, “As a Christian, I’m offended by that scene.” Rather, the quote was wondering whether Christians were afraid of that scene. I’m Christian, and Mr. Toad has been one of my favorite rides ever since I was a kid!

As a Christian, I ha e to say knock this off, if you are offended, well maybe you need to reevaluate your life choices as those that are offended are the ones who fear they are going there because they feel like they aren’t living the Christian values they have been taught. As a Christian, we should be able to enjoy entertainment for what it is, entertainment, we should also let people live their lives as they see fit and love them, even if we don’t agree with the choices they are making, it is t up to us to judge them and we definitely should not try to find controversy in everything.

I’m not going to this place so….

  7. Mason

True because only one of twelve disciples died of old age.

  8. SF

    Christians: The ultimate snowflakes.

    1. Mr. B.

Seems to be the liberals/woke are always offended.

      1. Charles

yeah, remind me again who got offended over bud light? hypocrisy at its finest lmao

  9. Kelly Connerton

Andrew_Korenchkin agreed. “Most of us aren’t afraid of it, although everyone is obviously allowed to feel about anything in The Land however they want. But let’s not take the attraction away from others because it didn’t work for you and your family.”

Why? Disney is getting rid of Splash Mountain for the exact same reason….

    1. Carri

Why is everyone so sensitive now days? It’s a cartoon land, and you talk about some pretty scary stuff in church, so why does it matter? Mickey offends me but I’m not petitioning to have him removed. This whiney baby cancel culture full of butt hurt babies needs to stop. Take some xanex and relax and have fun. Damn.

Then simply don’t ride it ~ there is an old saying “the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few”. Why cater to one group just to upset another. There are many other attractions that Christians (and I am one by the way) who are offended can ride.

  11. Danae

I am a Christian and do not find it offensive. If someone does not like it then they do not have to ride it. I believe like other this is just being said to start controversy where none is needed. Leave it alone!

I’m so sick and tired of people blowing things out of proportion!!! If you think it’s offensive, don’t ride it!!! End of subject. This society needs get thicker skin and deal with it!!!

  13. It is ok if people are occasionally offended, you learn to deal with it and in doing so you build character! The problem with our society today is catering to people who are “offended.” We have already lost a beloved ride (Spash Mountain) due to someone being offended. I personally don’t care for Mr. Toads ride, so I choose not to ride it. But I know there are others who do like it. As a Christian, I say leave it alone!!!

  14. Maxx

No. No we’re not. Now maybe the faux christians are because they know they’re hypocrites and are headed there.

  15. Alli

Ah, yes! But it’s okay for christians to put on Judgment House at Halloween where they literally take you through a scene in hell that is far darker than these silly, cartoonish devils. Scaring people into “salvation and Christianity” is far worse than a theme park ride about a toad.

  16. Hannah

Christians are snowflakes. They need to get over it.

  17. Nancy

For one I call BS on this article because living near Disneyland and visiting often this one ride always has a line…. And if it upsets you then don’t ride on it… much like how I don’t go into your churches as I find many to be offensive.

  18. Max

I say stay off the ride. It is just a ride

  19. Val

I find the word Christian offensive meaning people of other faiths are excluded!
None of us want our chiildren in the mouth of the Devil l

  20. Shareholder

“Hell is offensive to Christians.” I am a born again believer and I have got two say: 1. Knock it off, hell is not offensive to us and 2. Give me a break.

  21. Susan Davis

I’m a Christian, and solved the problem of most.of Disney being witchcraft saturated. I STOPED GOING YEARS AGO. If all Christians would stand up for their morals. Disney would change or not exist

    1. Dawn

      No don’t change the rides.
