I know it’s been a while since they sold passes, but this is not a change or a new policy. The Incredi-pass has been the only option for out-of-state guests since the change to these new passes.

Correct me if I am wrong. Going back over 50 years ago there was some sort of an agreement that DW would give discounted tickets to Florida residents. Part of the deal with the state of Florida.

Unless you’re DVC, the Incredi-pass has been the only option for out of state visitors for years.
Just as always, Sorcerers Pass is good for FL residents and DVC, the Incredi-pass is open to all visitors and the others are FL residents only.

Why should living out of state cost me more than a florida resident ticket, isn’t that like double standards and discrimination?? Shouldn’t the further away you live be the cheaper tickets to lure more people in?

No. Move to FL and contribute to the tax base and dozens of visits FL residents make each year which support the company more than one or two visits by out of staters.

We’ve had out of state passes for several years. We’ve only had one choice in passes the last few years and chose passes with no black out dates since sometimes we can come for a quick trip. We pay taxes on the passes and on everything we buy, our room, gas and some food so we do contribute to the economy in Florida. We love Florida and have family there but we can’t move at this time but we are there sometimes 8 and 9 times a year. I get the whole live here and pay taxes, but we do spend a lot in Florida, too.

I am a Florida Resident. I have purchased an annual pass. The Pixie Dust one. I am Thankful for it. But I am ready for the perks. When my pass expires I plan on upgrading to one of the new passes. Thank you Disney for opening this back up.
