We’re going to force additional safety measures on them, while also making it illegal for them to set safety measures!

    1. Carol corbitt

DeSantis is out of control . Unfit to be governor much less president

      1. Ressiemouse

Actually he isn’t. He is actually doing what the people of Florida elected him to do.
The monorail support brands are unsafe etc. There is no reason in 2023 that they need to have the same deal as created in the 60s. Yes, I have been a Disney fan (sometimes fanatic) since Walt Disney Presents and Walt Disney’s Wonderful World of Color on TV.

        1. Christal

Disney supplies 50,000 jobs and pumps 2 billion dollars into the Florida economy. Desatan’s is just grandstanding to get maga trump monkey followers. Disney needs to pull out completely. This has nothing to do with a monorail- it’s a political stunt.

          1. Debbie

            💯!!!!!!!

          2. Cheryl

            Go DeSantis!

          3. Mary

Imagine DeSantis with his quack Surgeon General Ladapo in charge when the next pandemic comes along.

          4. Marylou VanVranken

            Please, feel free to relocate.

          5. Linda

            RosiemouseI totally agree.

          6. Michael L

Actually, Disney employees 75,000. Plus there are an additional 15,000 employees of third parties at WDW. That is over 91,000 jobs within Reedy Creek.

          7. What is the meaning of “SORCERY”? Look it up! It is magic.
The world takes it lightly, but God doesn’t. There are many scriptures against magic/ sorcery. Revelation 9:21; 18:23; 22:15; Isaiah 47:12 are only a few of them. The Bible even tells us that the great men of the world will deceive us through magic/sorceries: “for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived.”
            ‭‭Revelation‬ ‭18:23‬ ‭KJV‬‬

This brings me to another point, our children. The Disciples of Jesus wanted to know who was the greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven. Jesus said, “Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven.” Matthew 18:4 KJV. Jesus also said, “But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.” Matthew 28:6.

Are we offending the children today? I think that we are, and it started years ago. We are talking about the little children entering the Kingdom of Heaven; but what about the kingdoms of this world? Are the children being misled? Yes they are.

The great resort of America is the “Magic Kingdom”! Think of it, a place for children is called MAGIC Kingdom. We just read the scriptures that God is very outspoken against MAGIC and warns us that these sorceries will deceive the nations. So why are we pushing them down into the lives and minds of our children? Think of it, “The MAGIC KINGDOM” a direct slap in the face of God. Something he hates, but a whole WORLD built around it. It is time to throw out all that represents this place that is the directly against God!

Yes, they may profit for a time, but their downfall is fast approaching.
“Stand now with thine enchantments, and with the multitude of thy sorceries, wherein thou hast laboured from thy youth; if so be thou shalt be able to profit, if so be thou mayest prevail.”
            ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭47:12‬ ‭KJV‬‬

          8. Olander

Right on target! Seek first the kingdom of God and all things shall be given to you!
Protect our children from the evil grips
of the enemy trying to steal their precious minds and souls. Amen!

We want a governor who will protect our children and families!

          9. Eric

He should start with gun control if he truly wants to protect our kids.

          10. Carol corbitt

Yep. And Covid still spreading and that doesn’t count all the other jobs in Orlando and all over Florida

          11. Tom

If Disney closes up or moves out Orlando will become a ghost town. People come to the area for Disney and while here they visit many of the other parks as well, Sea World, Wet and Wild, Gatorland Zoo, (and many more). the restaurant business, the nightclubs (bars), service stations (gas and repairs if needed), Hotels and motels, and souvenir shops. You see, not only will 75,000 Disney World people be unemployed but many 10’s of thousands of indirectly affected will be on that line also. So many will be left with no medical benefits. Where would these people go to find work? Don’t forget that your employee pays half of your Social Security and only when you are working does any money go into it. Desantis will destroy Florida with his stupidity. I will keep my children from going to Harvard if this is what they produce. I know people who have a GED who are much more intelligent than this fool.

          12. Jared

            Thank you DeSantis!

          13. Opalocka

I have a bad right shoulder, don’t know what I’m gonna do when he makes us raise our right arm too salute him

          14. Dad Beef

No bigger snowflake than these wing nut “conservatives”. A bunch of pu$$it’s getting embarrassed by a cartoon mouse. I thought the GQP was for small government?

          15. Walt

So you can be bought by how much money a company pumps into the economy? And OHPLEASE – MAGA trump monkeys it really is getting old. He was the darling of the liberal wack job left until he ran for president. Have you seen the wack job in the white house right now?

          16. Mimi

When your argument fails, you insult? Why the insults?
Just because people disagree with your opinion ? I agree with the added safety protocols

          17. Jeff Sill

So now Dihsantis is on the hook for 5 billion dollars to make bond holders whole

          18. Scott

Why can’t he just leave Disney alone so tired of hearing this

          19. I was thinking the same thing. Why can’t Disney let parents guide their children to be the people the would like to see them become. We’ll always love our children, just let us influence them, not someone we may not agree with their personal choices they made.

          20. Eric Ellis

He wants to ruin Walt Disney World and the employees for his own self-serving agenda. Everyone is fighting for themselves and for the purpose of having everything for them — and not for the people of Florida. Governor Ron De Santis has kicked everyone in the groin far too many times in Florida. He is more focused on ego — and not on public policy.

          21. Wow least some body gets it

          22. Pall Mall

Pull out completely and take the WOKE and drag queens with them. Why does Disney get special treatment other attractions don’t get. Remember the WOKE and drag queens are in favor of teaching you children to change their sex and make them their sex toy.

          23. Athena

Pall Mall: Ignorant and arrogant is no way to stagger through life.

          24. Pat

Pall Mall your right, so when are you going to educate yourself to what the left is doing to children. You and I know a drag queen show is no place for a child. I watch RuPaul’s Drag Race and I think the contestants are phenomenal and sad at the same time. Some of their childhood experiences are awful. Children who wanna do drag and or change their sex can do so when they are of age. What’s next, encouraging children to smoke and drink?

          25. woke=adult

That isn’t what’s happening and you know it. Stop this elementary school bs.

          26. Tina

Absolutely Agree it’s a money thing

          27. George

Drag queen your afraid of…. what about the priest that you take your children to every week

          28. Harvey Householder

This must be the most ridiculous debate ever. The fact that so many of you are invested proves a couple things are true. “There is no bad publicity”. These actions have made Ron DeSantis a national name, Disney a victim, and ITM a million hits. “There is a sucker born every day”. The average voter votes for a name that they have heard with no understanding of why they know the name, Disney has a lot of issues that are negative but this is making them out to be victims diverting attention from their negatives. Finally, Disney is not moving. They are investing in construction, this would be the first thing to stop if moving. Disney World could not be rebuilt anywhere in a short period of time, just think of how long it took to build just Tron, one attraction. This is all a smoke act to give both Disney and DeSantis what they want.

          29. Linda Camacho

You are so far off base that you are playing in a different ball park

          30. Barry Rose

Yes pull out and head to N.C. where decent folk appreciate. Take those big $$$$$ away from flawhoreda

          31. Pat

Yeah, NC where it snows and has ice storms in the winter, good move.

          32. Slyy

I would rather a drag queen be around my babies than some of the morons that reside in Fla. DeSantis is totally a gay man, it’s why he’s a homophob! He’s in serious denial! He needs to leave Disney tf alone and deal with the crime and drug problem in Florida. That will keep your children safe.

          33. Laura

You realize that the original definition of woke is being aware of struggles such as those African Americans face. Your leader is gone my guy.

          34. Mo

            Mostly slave labor paying jobs.

          35. Deb

With all kinds of perks not included in the pay, which is not slave labor by any means. Quit forming opinions based on non facts.

          36. Linda Camacho

And yet, people keep them rather than working elsewhere.

          37. Dat Dude

You are a political stunt. Get a brain.
Private companies are not above the law. Disney has to follow the same rules as every other business in Florida and they whinge and complain.

          38. Ellen Pellin

And when they do —- guess whose taxes are going up…

          39. Mugsy

What rules have they not followed? I know it will be difficult for your uneducated self to apply a bit of logic, so I can help.

            None.

          40. S.

I would love to see Disney leave Florida, the previous poster says desantis is doing what the people want so Disney should call their bluff and leave. Let desantis figure out how to make up all their revenue resources.

          41. Daddio

If Disney leaves Florida he’ll shut up then. This is childish

          42. Pete

            Bravo!

          43. I agree 👍

          44. Clt

            Truth
I think they need to completely pull out of Fla

          45. Jack Kerouac

Yes, pull out completely. That’s genius. They’ll just move the thousands of acres of buildings, infrastructure, etc. Brilliant.

Disney is just being forced to follow the same rules as any other business.

          46. Anita

They could take what they actually need and can move and build other things new elsewhere. Quite sure they can actually afford to just leave and start elsewhere. There are many abandoned parks in the states. Desantis can then worry about that one.

          47. Jess

Exactly. He’s just using it yo cover up his actions.

          48. Jaye

            I Agree

          49. AJ

They actually supply much, much more than that when it comes to money and jobs but yes, you’re point is dead on!

          50. Guy

It’s becoming more than ridiculous. This is like prohibition but worse. These religious zealots haven’t learned they shouldn’t force their biblical morals on the rest of the population.

        2. Taylor

Ok thats fair. But why won’t he go after insurance companies and other big businesses? I am sure Sea World has a few safety hazards to clea up. OH, it’s because Disney spoke out. Fascist.

          1. B in Sarasota

Because only Disney had a special operating authority. Sea world and Universal already comply under state regulations. Disney should as well.

          2. DebbDebbie

            Exactly

          3. Michael L

That is incorrect. SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, and Universal, along with Disney are exempt because they have over 1,000 employees. The new law will bring ONLY Disney under state supervision because they ‘are in a special district that crosses county lines’. They will be specifically singled out under the new law.

          4. Robert

What about thenvillages. Yes, a “what aboutism”, but fair. They have a special district as well, and they can arguably be claimed a drain on flroida. Disney, cant.

          5. Steve

You can’t be so foolish to think he could care less about reedy creek before Disney hurt his feelings

          6. Mugsy

The Florida Supreme Court ruled that they were in 1968, but let’s not let facts get in the way of your ignorant feelings. Snowflake.

          7. Virgolady352

They’re lining his pockets thats why he’s not going after the insurance companies. He’s just like the rest of the corrupt politicians. He’s not going to be satisfied until he costs the residents of this state that billion dollar tax bill everybody has been talking about. He’s too busy settling petty beefs. Weirdo

          8. LSM

I think you need to look up what the word fascist means! ;-p Stifling someone’s right to descent is being a fascist. You people insulting, calling names and being generally unwilling to hear the other side are the epitome of Fascism! DeSantis was looking out for FAMILIES and the rights of parents to be parents and NOT have the schools raise their kids. I’m all for that! Disney used to be about families, now its all about MONEY!

          9. Pall Mall

            You are correct.

          10. Ali

Desantis fits this definition since he is taking freedom of speech from a company and trying to take their freedom away.

          11. DD

You are just spewing rhetoric that is not based on FACT.

          12. PeterPete

He does not and never will be supporting my family. My children are not closeted from the reality of cultures across the world. I want them to respect all humans. DeSantis doesn’t want them to know about gay or transgender people. My children will not wander this planet in a bubble believing everyone is like them. How ridiculous not to teach them what they will see on the streets, TV, YouTube, Facebook…??

          13. PpPeterPete

Furthermore, if people would pull their heads out of Genesis and Leviticus, leave Sodom & Gommorah alone and think about some other words from the Bible, like Matthew 7:1-3 [1] Judge not, that ye be not judged. [2] For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again. [3] And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother’s eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?

          14. PpPeterPete

Matthew 7:1-3 [1] Judge not, that ye be not judged. [2] For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again. [3] And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother’s eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?

          15. Yep your are on point

          16. D

Sea Works and all other parks abide by state safety regulations. Disney self polices. Get your facts straight.

        3. James

This man thinks Disney has worse safety protocols than a government who is okay with running people over if they aren’t protesting correctly.

          Lol, that’s very cute

        4. Poopy

So you’re old as dirt, we get it

        5. Pat

And DeSatan and his Gestapo continue to destroy Florida! I Hope Disney squishes him like a bug!!

          1. Dd

This is so ridiculous he needs to be worrying about other things then mask and safety precautions he’s ruining our state is he going to try and stop gays next from going into Disney he’s taking us back into the 30s and the 40s get a life

          2. B in Sarasota

It’s a private business, he’s not stopping anyone from attending. Bring lots of cash. Disney loves money. It just so happens that Florida will nail you on hotel taxes.

          3. Wakko

            Agree

          4. Bob Wang

            You should move to California

          5. Joe

Disney is done, it’s all about EPIC UNIVERSE now. Universal is in control now

          6. Scott J

That’s a funny thing I read all morning. Thank you for the joke. You clearly have no idea about reality and business dollar spent for individual number of people passing through… If you ask anybody the number one reason why they’re in that area is Walt Disney world. Number two is not universal. Nowhere is number three nor four or five lol comedian here at work

          7. Angel

Why must a writer in a paper lie about things?

        6. AdaM P

You know you are wrong don’t you? All of his actions against Disney are polling low

        7. AdaM P

You know you are wrong don’t you? All of his actions against Disney are polling low. DeSantis is singling out Disney for biased and ignorant reasons. I hope he loses big time in this and his presidential campaign. Trump would have no problem destroying weak DeSantis.

          1. Gary Harker

This is sad. DeSantis is a good man on the way up but why go after Disney?? Disney means so much to Florida and he is trying to take them down? Time for him go get some new advisors!!!

        8. thomas stoll

DeSantis blatantly abused the power of the governorship to attack a business for personal political gain.

No business is safe in Florida.

        9. Darrell

You are absolutely correct about especially with the Monorail Supports deteriorating

          1. Scott J

Because you’re monorail safety specialist ? Or you’re just an idiot? Nobody has a more vested interest in the safety of the people in that park than Disney. Not Rhonda Santa’s not you, not anybody else, but one of the largest publicly held companies with everything to lose. The leaders in this world of monorail safety is Walt Disney world. The very people who design those systems work for them and the only thing de Santa would do is slow everything down to impact business to impact your revenue streams to impact your jobs impact your people’s happiness… Is not pulling well for him but he doesn’t care about anything except for winning his little battle because he’s such a little baby

        10. Tayte

If that’s the case then why not recommend regulations and if they don’t comply then mandate regulations but I agree with most, he’s out of control… Floridians would not be happy if Disney left Florida. What happens to the 75+ million employees? What about the tourist revenue Florida banks on? That’s only the tip of the iceberg!

          1. D'Chad

Today I learned 20% of the population of the US (3.5x that of Florida itself) works at Walt Disney World!! No wonder traffic is so bad in Orlando. Who knew?!?

        11. Matt

Desantis is beyond out of control. He needs to be removed from office. He’s abusing his power over a temper tantrum. 4.6 million people voted for him, there’s almost 22 million people in Florida. He’s literally doing the bidding of 20% of the population, that’s hardly the will of the people, it’s the will of the unhinged. He’s a bad governor and an over all bad person, not to mention a hypocrite, he got married at Disney and belongs to the party of small government. Small government doesn’t interfere in the largest employer in their state over a difference of opinion. It’s perfectly fine until they call him out on his crusade against civil rights… DW contributes $5.8 billion in tax revenue alone to Florida. This is a battle Desantis ultimately won’t win, but will leave a path of destruction in his wake.

        12. Terrell

Name the dates of the monorail accidents, at least the kast one & how long ago did Disney do their safety checks? No one elected him to have personal vendetta’s

          1. D'Chad

            February 12, 1974, June 26, 1985, August 30, 1991, August 12, 1996, July 5, 2009, July 17, 2010, July 13, 2014, October 10, 2015, November 18, 2015, May 21, 2021, January 27, 2023.

        13. Scott J

Who makes you the master of the monorail universe? Let me guess you have zero experience in monorails, correct? Because the world leader is Walt Disney world managing and owning more monorail than any other city, county or country in the world with a safe record that only had one incidents which is devastating and terrible. But since the world leaders of monorail safety all work for Walt Disney world, what is the state of Florida going to add? Oh bureaucracy yeah shutting down the parks? There’s more than just Disney that’s incorporated into that district and the other vendors spoke out as well and they do not like what’s going on because the tariffs and the tolls and the taxes will impact them as well and they’re looking at thousands of employees having to be let go. For the worlds largest single-site employer who built that territory and that magic Kingdom on marshland and paid for the infrastructure to be brought in. So all utilities, electric, sewer, water, gas was all brought in by Disney at no cost of the state of Florida and they’ve maintained it perfectly. So you’re telling me that DeSantis is going to provide emergency medical services and police services within the park and you’ll have instantaneous response like they do now? Nope, they have no idea how to do that. So the burden upon the taxpayer system will be massive because they cannot do it as well as private industry can not even remotely close. So your state taxes will go up, which is cool because I’m glad you’re a fan of DeSantis rather than common sense. I’m just grateful I left the Republican party when they quit being a republicans. What happened to the days when they used to stand for capitalism and less regulation and more common sense. Smaller government but now the Santa’s is regulating what people can read in school what they can call themselves with pronouns when you can and cannot make personal medical decisions for your female body and live under the dictate of a whole bunch of white-haired old white men making the laws for you. Not like they stick around to be dad when they get those teenage girls pregnant. Hypocrisy upon hypocrisy. He’s a narcissist just like Trump and he’s building a regional battle when he’s supposed to be doing a national campaign. He doesn’t understand how to lose or win because in one instance he acts like a baby and the other one he acts like a braggart. I can only imagine him being responsible for international reputation and negotiations. Does God forbid you hurt his feelings? His travel in the world right now on a whirlwind tour. First class of course. While people are doing this work for him. Disney has more attorneys than Florida could imagine. And now if they want to play with the big boys, they’re going to get crushed. He’s going against one of the greatest CEOs of all time and the people on that stupid board have been seen at Disney in the last weekend. Let’s make it illegal for people to practice common sense and if somebody wants to wear a mask they can’t wear one now. Bob was my mind taking away individual choices in liberties and freedoms for one man’s idea of how your life should be? You really want to call yourself a republican? No way you’re more of a lackey.

          1. Ron

            Lmao 🤣

          2. Pete

Love you for every word! ❤️❤️❤️

        14. Suzanne Smith

So the peoole of Florida elected him to be a fascist child retalliating against their biggest employer because they don’t agree with his ideology and used their first amendment rights?

          1. Michele

He’s just trying to bring the country back to Christian principles- while admitting he’s not read the Bible 🙄 He doesn’t care about the citizens of Florida or the US unless they blindly agree with everything he says

        15. CJA

When you are using government sanctions because of a political dispute, that is being petty and unworthy of the presidency or the Governor’s office. If that’s what the citizens of Florida want, what happens next to someone or business that doesn’t fall into lockstep?

        16. This person is a joke don’t know anything but DeSantis butt sniffer

        17. Edd Devlin

So then you probably agree that the interpretation of the 2nd Amendment shouldn’t be the same deal as it was 200+ years ago.

        18. Get the crying babies out of the park. Parents want to be there. Babies are crying everywhere. 2 and under is too young and most in diapers need to not be admitted. They dig poo out of diapers. Poo comes up their back and you know that is contaminating rides. I just got back the end of April 23. Too many crying babies.

        19. Ali

Dictators can be elected. Doesn’t make it right.

        20. Jorell

People elected him to govern in the best interest of citizens, not to use his office to get revenge at a cost to taxpayers

          1. DD

You are just spewing rhetoric that is not based on FACT.

          2. Kara

People didn’t elect him to sit there and do nothing. What you see as revenge others see as the governor doing his job for the people of Florida that elected him.

          3. Dad Beef

Lol “free” people… go ban some more books and strip women of their rights Adolf.

        21. Pete

No, I am a Floridian and didn’t ask him to be a fascist pig.

        22. Maria

According to reports on any incidents there are very few. I’d rather have Disney safety checks then some government guy. Shutting it down during park times ? Wow. DeSatan is a poor loser and vindictive

        23. Tom

Did the Floridian voters elect DeSantis to violate Disney’s constitutional right of freedom of speech?

        24. FloridaResident

No we did not elect him to go after Disney. That is a complete falsehood.

        25. Kevin

Florida has whole apartment buildings falling down due to shoddy construction, but you want us to believe Disney’s monorail needs Florida oversight such that all lines have to shut down? Does Florida even have comparable mass-transit lines that would give them expertise in the area?

Or is this all political retribution for Disney disagreeing with DeSantis on his Don’t Say Gay policy?

        26. Suzy Q

No, we did not elect Desantis to fight with Disney. This is nonsense. Daytona Speedway and The Villages also have special tax status like Reedy Creek, so why didn’t Desantis go after them and remove their status too? We need leadership, not this petty nonsense from Desantis that just upsets everyone and will cause Florida unnecessary legal bills to pay for his culture wars.
          Desantis lost my vote.

        27. Linda

          RosiemouseI totally agree.

      2. Kevin

Amen !! and let’s make that happen!!

      3. Carmen

        Say it again!

      4. Rae

        Agree 100%

        1. Sondra Morgan

          Absolutely agree!!

      5. kim

        Agree 100%

        1. Da Gram Mommaz

DeathSantis is Straight Up an Autocratic Psycho

          1. John Livy

He’s greatest Governor of all time. The GOAT!

          2. Misterb

If you try real hard, you might be able to get your head further up your butt.

          3. Walt

You know this because yours is up there from praising Dementia Joe?

          4. Dad Beef

Go jerk off to the disgraced former host of The Apprentice, an range buffoon with a vocabulary worse than most elementary school students that is unable to ambulate his obese body down a ramp…but dEmEnTiA jOe

          5. Dad Beef

Go lube up and whack it to the disgraced former host of The Apprentice, an range buffoon with a vocabulary worse than most elementary school students that is unable to ambulate his obese body down a ramp…but dEmEnTiA jOe

      6. Nick Hornberger

Every time polk county has an under scx sting what employees are caught guess

        1. Terrell

Everytime there is a sting anywhere a preacher, teacher, a cop, a politician and any other pedo is caught. Try a different argument

      7. Josh

Carol, you are out of control

      8. Mike

Disney will win. Recognizing the sanctity of contracts is a foundation of capitalism.

In addition, this is an egregious violation of 1st amendment rights. Corporations are people too and have free speech rights.

        It will not stand…

        1. Darryl Walker

Plus they violated the 14th amendment by invalidating the contract they signed before the new board to control

      9. JayBee

DeSantis has outreached Democracy! He is now into the FASCIST RULE?!

      10. Shari

I couldn’t agree more. The man has lots his grip on reality. How could he hates Disney?!? I really don’t think someone this unbalanced should be allowed to two run for President.

      11. Rochelle

I agree. What happened to “less government “

      12. Norah

He just lost the chance to be president! He is very prejudiced!

      13. Wakko

        True dat!

      14. Georgie Porgie

They should invite a new company on to make a complex that dwarfs Disney.

      15. CEECEE

YES, HE IS OUT OF CONTROL and I HATE BEING ASSOCIATED with the State of Florida. Florida cares nothing about anything but MONEY!

      16. Chris

Your unfit 😂 desantis is the man we love

      17. CQ

Exactly what this Country needs not a brain dead President and a useless VP.

      18. Pablo

He won by a 20% margin and the law was passed with overwhelming majorities. Why do you hate democracy so much?

      19. Leslie

He’s unfit for anything that requires a human soul.

      20. Thankfully we finally have a governor with a backbone! Don’t let them get you down Ron! Keep up the good work! These guys with deep pockets think that they can do anything they want in our state, until they met you! Thank you Governor!

      21. Snarl freen

Desantis war on Disney is illegal as a bill of attainder. He needs to be removed from office

      22. Jarvis

The media is out of control. Democrats are out of control. And it isn’t known as the don’t say gay bill. That is
        leftist propaganda.

      23. Kathie

I agree with you 💯 %. Desantis is killing this state one bigoted, racist ,NARCISSISTIC moronic law at a time and the rest of the peanut gallery vote along because they have no clue what the hell their doing. When are WE THE PEOPLE GOING TO TAKE BACK OUR STATE.?

      24. Dot

        He is a petty man

    2. Dave

If only DeSantis could get Florida to function as safely and efficiently as Disney. But alas, DeSantis is just ruining the State, and killing citizens

      1. Jim

Really? Can you post any factual evidence that supports your opinion?

      2. Pablo

The overwhelming margin. By which he won suggests you’re in an extreme minority

      3. Typical dumocrat!

    3. Maskless

If you think masks and social distancing are safety measures, I got a bridge for sale

    4. Jim

Years later and you’re still a sheep. COVID measures were NEVER, I repeat, NEVER about safety. They were a test of social control, nothing more.

      1. Scott J

Clearly you never lost anybody to them disease and that’s unfortunate that we didn’t lose you. We left a lot of people. I lost family members. I sure wish you would have died instead

        1. Ron

Bud you need help ! The kind money can’t buy! Do you and the world a favor and pull your lip over your head and swallow . You liberal tard.

    5. Linda

      Yup

    6. Tommy Carroll

Disney pull out drive up the unemployment in Florida and lower it in another state

    7. Tommy Carroll

Florida tax payers will have increase in taxes to pay Governors legal fees, taking on this name

    8. Michelle Benetti

To all of you applauding this dictator, I would save your applause because this is going to trial. Disney will stand firm against the dictator. This is a political stunt by DeSantis and will be proven in court. How many years has he been governor and NEVER attacked Disney over Reedy Creek? This tactic he is using is the take away freedom of speech. I rest my case. Disney will win in court.

      1. CEECEE

        🙏🙏🙏
        Governor DeathSatan…
News for those believing that he is doing this for the state of Florida; gather up some true judgment and actually look at every Pro/Con regarding ALL you believe that he’s done for Florida and come off of your gray perceptions! Just. Stay tuned…

    9. Dan

      “Safety measures”

    10. Guy

It’s becoming more than ridiculous. This is like prohibition but worse. These religious zealots haven’t learned they shouldn’t force their biblical morals on the rest of the population.

  2. Rose

Has anyone thought about the possible impact all this will have on the area’s economy, not the least being job losses? These 2 superpowers need to grow up and stop this escalation that will have so many horrible and unnecessary consequences for those who cannot afford it. Go to your respective corners and think about all this before it becomes too late.

    1. Carol corbitt

Disney did nothing wrong. DeSantis is out of control

      1. Nancy Minito

You are absolutely right. He is unfit for govenor or President. He is a child that wants his own way always.

      2. Steve K

Disney decided to speak its mind. I guess freedom of speech no longer exists in the so-called “Free State” of Florida.

        1. Ron

          Lmao

      3. Carmen

        Yes he is!

      4. Carmen

Yes he is out of control!

      5. Christal

Absolutely. Disney pumps 2 billion dollars into the Florida economy and provides over 50,000 jobs. I hope they pull out of Florida. Let desatan figure out how to make up the loss.

        1. Michelle Benetti

They will no pull put of Florida but what they will do is embarrass DeSantis in court.

      6. kim

        Agree!!!!

      7. John Livy

Love Disney but they have lost their mind! Walt is rolling over in his grave on the liberal Disney!

        1. Dana

Walt was an anti- Semite. He’s welcome to spin. I am more concerned for the people who depend on Disney for their income.

        2. Michelle Benetti

Walt is not spinning but DeSantis is lol

      8. Linda Estrada

There is nothing wrong with holding businesses to a high safety standard, but he’s acting like a petty bully with his tit for tat. You cannot run the state like that much less a country. I’m sure all big business is watching this closely and it will definitely affect jobs.

        1. Michelle Benetti

It’s already effecting businesses local to Disney and on Disney property. Meanwhile, DeSantis don’t care. It will cost him in the end.

    2. Asdfjkl;

Has anyone thought that this could be mutually assured benefits from a fake fued? Disney rides itself of liabilities from Reedy Creek in the event of a future extended shutdown and DeSantis scores political points with his base.

    3. Debbie

Amen! There are 75,000 Florida Disney employees. Maybe DeSantis should start thinking about them and what will happen in Florida with his pissing contest!

      1. B in Sarasota

There are plenty of other jobs in Florida. And parks that are looking for help.

    4. Kimberley

      I totally agree

    5. B in Sarasota

It has no impact. Disney is packed as ever. Northerners will continue to flock to the state. If DeSantis keeps you up at night, Trump and Biden are much worse.

    6. CEECEE

      I strongly concur.

  3. Daniel

It’s time to stop all this fighting, it hurts everyone, not just Disney or the governor.

  4. Kobina

Who is going to pay for the bill against DeSatan an his crew?? The “will of the people anyone but DeSan because he said its the “will of the people” but not specifically himself.. Hmmmm….

    1. Nixit63

Who is paying for DeSantis fight with Disney? Taxpayers? Instead of stumping on there right to have a political viewpoint how about doing something to help the people sitting in traffic for 2 hour to go 20 miles or the rising cost of everything in Florida. Our money would be better spent with real help

      1. Angel

Why must a writer in a paper lie about things? Why do papers put opinions down but make it sound like facts?

    2. B in Sarasota

I wouldn’t be surprised if they taxed the newly formed district to pay for the legal funds.

      1. JR

They announced increased taxes on all of the businesses in the district at their last meeting. It’s due to Desantis board needing to lawyer up…

  5. Steve K

DeSantis needs to get the boot. Imagine that he has to pass a law that would allow him to keep his seat as Governor if he decides to run for President. He’s stating to make Donald Trump look like a nice guy.

  6. Christal

Move to another state, Disney. The loss off 55,000 jobs and 2 billion dollars in tax revenue will kill desatan’s political career. This is nothing more than political upmanship. He needs to taste the fruit of his labors.

    1. B in Sarasota

So, he’s termed out for governor. The state had a surplus of 21.8 billion dollars last year. Unemployment is around 3% or less. Plus, he probably won’t win the primary to Dumpy Trumpy. And Biden will win the general election because independent voters want nothing to do with Trumpy. Just relax, come to the happiest place on earth, and bring lots of cash for Mickey and the gang.

      1. Pat

Disney should just shut down for a few months and let DeSantos feel the burn. Maybe a town in Atlanta would like to offer Disney some land for a new park. Imagine?

        1. Pat

          Atlanta, I mean Georgia!

  7. kim

I would not vote for DeSantis again for all the money in the world! Disney should pack and move out of the state!! DeSantis will never be President. Most Republicans I know like me said no vote!!! He is like Putin!!!! A BULLY. People had better look at the money brings to Florida. They walk, lots of revenue will be lost and our taxes will go up dramatically. Yes I do not believe that children should be taught about Gender Issues in lower grades at all. I do not believe children should attend Drag Shows. If he can bully Disney he can do it to all of us !!! I want my freedom!!!! He is as bad as Biden!!! Psycho!!!’

  8. Me Too

I’m all for Disney moving out of Florida.

    1. GN

I totally agree! Pennsylvania, Ohio or New York, they are all far more progressive and it’s not boiling hot there most of the year, unlike Florida. I am not going to Disney World again, it’s far too hot during summer school holidays.

  9. America

I’m glad someone is holding Disney accountable. Disney is grooming children. I don’t like it. I love disney but I think I’m gonna have to unsubscribe from everything disney has.

    1. The

You are being groomed by desantis and his crew of magicians

    2. Disney is ‘grooming children’. Really ????

    3. Lisa

      Bye Bye!!

  10. History

This is so reminiscent of 1930s Germany. Keep supporting Republicans now and you will find out they will come after you eventually. Very few were safe from the German government once things started. Also, I would love to see a poll that shows that the majority of people in Florida support these actions.

  11. He’s brilliant. GO DESANTIS, CRUSH THESE DEMOCRATIC ROBOTIC PULLETS AND THEIR STUPID RULES. So much good news, first the anti gay bill, then immigration exit now this.. soooo happy. This is America fighting for its country back. Awesome.

  12. Salina Monette

So some of these people think it’s a good idea for Disney to move, WOW, there goes half of Central Florida. Bye bye to the South side of Orlando not to mention Kissimmee. All those little places that depend on Disney. Sure great idea, Way to do DeSantis, you have Florida right where you want it. So ashamed of the place I grew up in, now I know why I didn’t come back after the retiring from the Army. So so sad…

    1. CEECEE

      @Salina Monette
I agree! I stayed away from Florida for 30 years and ” life” returned me
Well, I’ll be leaving again for good, soon.

  13. Dano

Funny how finally having Disney pay thier fair share in taxes and not think they are above everyone else is not being mentioned . I’ve lived here all my life and watched them do whatever they wanted .

    1. Jarhead

Amen , it’s about time they were held to the same standards as every other business in Florida…

    2. Michael L

You have been conned. Disney pays their property tax to Orange and Osceola counties just like every other property holder. Then they pay an additional tax to RCID to pay for all of the services like roads, utilities and fire protection. But remember, if not for RCID those expenses would be paid by every taxpayer in orange and osceola counties. But Disney pays them directly to RCID. So they pay their fair share of the taxes to the counties plus all of the taxes to RCID.

  14. Missi

I for one am with DeSantis over the bill that Disney CASTMEMBERS deemed the “Don’t say gay” bill. I don’t want my k-3 grade children, nieces, nephews, or grandbabies to be taught about sexual preferences/multiple genders. Children in those grades should be learning to read, and write. They are so hell bent on teaching children about there being more than 2 genders than teaching them to write and read cursive.

  15. Frank

The state of Florida is about to be up to its eyeballs in litigation, not only is Disney suing Over his blatant and ham handed attempt to violate Disney’s 1st Amendment rights and other culture war legislation, that will cost the state a bundle and now since he is going to annouce a run for president and it is against the law in Florida to run for office while holding office he will have to resign leaving Floridians holding the bag.

  16. Jvmblueeyes

Okay, do you not realize Disney pays millions in taxes every year for its property taxes in 2 tax districts. Not to mention the sale taxes which is more like a billion dollars a year.
I think our darling Governor didn’t understand what exactly was given to Disney back in the 60’s just saying .
If you look at public records and read the documents they have to pay for all the services for their property as well as paying 2 additional taxing districts. Making sure they have 355 million dollars to run Reddy creek. Then you have to consider bonds they have to cover that they borrowed for building and infrastructure maintenance of power, water road and public services another 1-2 billion dollars running balance Most likely. And trying to maintain 70,000 employees with full benefits. They don’t get any discount on anything they have to pay 3x what a resident does look it up for yourself on county records. All the theme park pay ridiculous taxes and dispute them every year as being to high we as florida residents have the same rights to dispute our tax bill on our own property we just don’t bother doing it! They do since they pay 160 million per district ! Universal studios was 120-130 million they disputed it down to 90,000 thousand dollars one year and got a refund! It’s business and they have to save money anyway they can so they pay team members better.

  17. Tw

Do you all realize the accidents that have happened with the monorail? No, you only know of the reported ones the news happened to get wind of.
You realize Disney is so tight they cover things up right? Same as The Ritz Carlton.
I worked there , it is not the charming thing behind the scenes you like to think it is.

  18. Chuck

So, why Didn’t Gov. DeSantis focus on. Disney before the bill? He’s a vindictive crybaby with power. If Disney ĥad supported him or not opposed him, we wouldn’t be having this conversation. He’s a authoritarian dictator. If I don’t get what I want, I’ll change the laws, methods, people etc. to get it.

    1. Walt

You ignorant liberals make these accusations “authoritarian Dictator”. I now know why this country is circling the drain because fools on this board continually display that they know NOTHING about the role or function of government

      1. JR

The worst part is Desantis new board violating the undue taking clause of the constitution. You can’t appoint a board and then have that board take over someone’s property/land. He could appoint members to any CDD in FL and using his “logic” take over the property. A fascist and thinks he’s the King. Our founding fathers were very afraid of this exact scenario

  19. Joseph

Now I am wearing a mask everyday!! And I am there a lot!!

  20. New

    He’s POSOAT

  21. Phil

Article I, Section 10 of the United States Constitution reads that no state shall “pass any. . . Law impairing the Obligation of Contracts.” I may be wrong, but it is my recollection that Disney and The State of Florida entered into a contract when Disney bought thousands of acres of undeveloped swampland and woods and spent billions of dollars to build a tourist attraction to provide employment to 85,000 Floridians, attract millions of tourists from all over the world, and jumpstart the economy of central Florida. If what DeSantis and his Republican lackeys in the Florida legislature are doing isn’t malicious interference with contracts, a breach of contract at a minimum, or punishing Disney for exercising its First Amendment right of free speech (corporations are people too – just ask the Supreme Court) – I’m not understanding what is. And, this dictator wants to be your president.

  22. I think it’s that time of the month for him. Somebody give that goof a Snickers or something.

  23. Disney just need to stop being a WOKE/LGTBetc command center and propaganda/ grooming /endoctrination machine and go back to it’s real purpose, being a company dedicated to the HEALTHY entertainment for kids and families. I have being consuming disney product and visiting the parks since I was a kid, but now as a person and as a parent I can not stand all the madness coming out of this company.

  24. Walt

Why is it that no one on this board questions why Mr. Iger – aka Emperor Palpatine in woke form – has NEVER said anything about politics in China. Oh yeah…. cause Winnie would kick his A$$ out of China so fast it would be fun to see. He is ONLY bold because he is pushing the woke agenda which is to literally destroy America. So DeSantis and the legislature passes a bill to stop teachers from discussing sex with kids K-4 – you all
misrepresent the law and your panties are on fire. Meanwhile China is killings tens of thousands and you and Iger say nothing. Crickets chirp.

  25. Vera

This guy is a total control freak and Wayyyyyyy out of line- glad Disney is suing him.

  26. Scott M

Any Republican who agrees with this, they simply prove that the GOP is not conservative. By definition, a true conservative would be appalled by the government’s actions.

  27. Michelle

This guy deSATAN is out of control. We here in Florida have WAY more things to focus on. Why mess with one of THE main attractions that brings people to Florida? If Disney ends up in GA like they’re proposing, a lot of people will be out of work. When can he be voted out?

    1. Tom Edwards

You have it backwards. For a very long time Disney was out of control. They had no control. They were a law unto themselves. Is that you? Or are you required to follow the rules of society as laid out by the government? All throughout our history, business is required to obey the laws of the government. Businesses aren’t allowed to make their own rules

  28. Peg

Why?? Does he want all that to go to the darn Villages?? He’s so far up their butts he can’t see how much he’s hurting the state. Won’t get any vote from me!! Sickening how childish he is.

  29. Charles

None of you full understand the ramifications of what is happening. Good for Dessntis, you say. Just thi k what a slippery slop you are creating. You guve the Givernment the power to stifle your free speech. I am going to spell this out in single syllables so you understand. If, this action stands in Court that creates a president that will become hard to overcome. Look at it like this, the political party in charge does not like the election signs I put out for the opposing side, yes Dems or Repubs, now, my house is worth say $5million. Now they can say he is too influential so they forclose on it useing eminent domain. Why is this important? Because bith parties are taking note of what is happening. If allowed to stand Corporstions can lose their licenses, property have their board of directors temoved and have new political members put in place. This is not a matter of hurray DeSantis or hurray Disney. This comes down to your freedoms slowly being eroded. But, keep being cheerleaders. Let them take it away. We allowed Bush to monitor our cell phones without a warrent.

  30. Art Collier

    This too shall pass.

  31. Disney may not be above the law after all

  32. At least somebody has the balls to check on (G)reedy Creek. Iger’s head has swelled and would like to rule Florida instead of Disney being just an entertainment company. Hope to see the mouse cut down to its size!

  33. Me

This guy is the archetypical corrupted politician of 3st world , I know because I live in one of the most corrupted 3st world country…Argentina

  34. Tom Edwards

Hoorah. We are to be guided and governed by the government. The government makes the rules for society and in a free society people are free to do what they want. Unless they break the rules. Business Should not be an arm of the government. And Disney is a business. Using businesses to implement government mandates is unethical, wrong, and undermines the rule of law and democracy. And democracy. Our democracy was designed for a balance power. Yes. The other side is not going to like many of the rules and policies of the political opposition. But without political opposition there is not freedom. Because one group of people with one set of ideas is actually given unlimited power. Are you sure you want to live in China or Venezuela?

  35. Disney World you are more than welcome to move to Southern Alberta 😉Plus you’ll gain 40 percent exchange rate to the better😁. We would love to have you 😊

  36. NoH8

Forget about drag…which most all Disney actors do for employment each and every day.

Isn’t de-inSanits concerned about the bestiality happening via all those Disney employees dressing as animals! Shocking. Absolutely shocking.

  37. Richard

Well, Disney is not afraid to abandon parks and attractions. They have a list of such closures. Would love to see Disney abandon Florida and move the resort to a more favorable location

  38. Brian

Poor DeSantis had his thin skinned feelings hurt, so now he’s weaponizing political office. How pathetic. Get im Disney – let your lawyers have some fun!

  39. Robert

I back the governor on his gay stance, I have a serious problem with all of this,I’m not against the gay community, but I’m tired of it being shoved down my throat.

  40. Opalocka

I have a bad right shoulder, don’t know what I’m gonna do when he makes us raise our right arm too salute him

  41. LinnyB

When is DeSantis going to ban the Disney characters because he thinks they are dressed in “Drag?”

  42. Carol

Mr Desantis needs to stop with his tantrum!! He has enacted things that are now costing the tax payers near Disney thousands of dollars. Disney employs over 70,000 employees and in addition all the restaurants, hotels and assorted other businesses immediately outside of Disney. Ron needs to put on his big boy pants and realize not everyone is going to agree with everything he does. What kind of President will he be if he retaliates against anyone that doesn’t agree with him.

  43. Sean F

Isn’t all tourism in Central Florida 95 percent because of Disney!!!! Lol… Imagine if they said, so long we’re leaving… Central Florida will become a baren wasteland…

    1. Fred Savagery

They should close for a day and bus their employees to the unemployment offices in Orlando. Tell them they’re moving to another state. They’ll run the Gov out of the state on a rail.

  44. Fred Savagery

Pretty funny seeing his fan club have a melt down when confronted with facts from other commenters on here.

  45. Florida Citizen

DeSantis is out of control making this issue personal.
If he’s doung this now imagine what it will be like if he’s President. Any company or person who doesn’t think his way will have a huge target on their back.
Hw shouldn’t even be Governor anymore. Needs to br recalled.

  46. Michelle Benetti

It’s already effecting businesses local to Disney and on Disney property. Meanwhile, DeSantis don’t care. It will cost him in the end.

  47. Mo

Disney Executives have really shot themselves in the foot, what a disaster for them and their stock price.

We completely removed Disney from our next Florida vacation, we’ll be spending days at Universal and Sea World instead.

  48. Randy

This is fascist. DeSantis is trying to stifle freedom of speech. This is what happens in countries like North Korea. We all know Disney is beingbpunished for its views. It is not right.

  49. Bill

Make sure yhat you address DeSantis properly. HEIl DeSantis. and donot forget to click your heals.

  50. Theresa Brown

I think we will cancel the family trip to Florida might go to Disney Park and Desantis pull the lights thanks but no thanks find another Disney location ASAP

  51. Dat Dude

Disney isn’t special, and this illegal stunt they tried to pull colluding with the former board members is just icing on the cake.

No one can say honestly that it’s okay for a board that supposedly has the state’s interest at hand would just hand oversight to Disney to oversee itself.

The former board members should be prosecuted and the people on the Disney side that hatched this plan and colluded with them should also be prosecuted for conspiracy to defraud the residents within the district as well as the state.

  52. MissTee

Disney jobs and revenue are essential to Florida. I agree with safety measures and inspections but I don’t believe any of this is actually about safety. This is about his personal pride that got injured. I am so sick of hearing about this move on to more important problems here in Florida.

  53. C. Üveges

Mickey Mouse has always given a glimpse of happiness and hope during all periods through its history. It didn’t matter what skin color, sexual orientation, physical ailments, race, nationality etc. Through past war times Mickey showed people how to be patriotic towards our country. If that’s the case without prejudice let Disney move to another state that accepts All. Mickey Mouse is about “Unity” for All without division and without prejudice. I stand with Mickey and what he emulates!

  54. Will

DeSantis is not only going to lose in court but in public opinion. He needs to take his high heels off and go home!
    #NeverDeSantis

  55. Marc

Politics aside. Increased safety rules are not bad. For one. If you are inspecting a ride. It shuts down. So why not the monorail. Plus theme parks should have stricter safety rules and laws.

  56. Mugsy

Out one side of conservative mouths they want companies to be people (citizen’s United) out the other side the crocodile tears when companies use the rights they were given flow like a river.

    Poor babies.

  57. Chris

Dismal Disney chise to die on hill of parental rights vs grooming , they lost big time. As they should

  58. Amused

By the time the lawsuit smoke clears, Disney will own the entire state.

  59. Lex

Disney should stayed A political instead of trying to get involved with politics. Nothing hurts a brand like getting into s*it they have no business in. Stick to cartoons that are wholesome to children and no one would have looked at em. They started something in a state that isn’t blue they won’t win. Desantis is doing what the majority of Florida wants. The minority should go to an area where they are the majority so they can get their way. That simple.

  60. Carson

Actually I am very surprised at how people comment on jobs and tax dollars when we are trying to protect children. This is clearly way over your head. Absolutely perverted minds at play here. I don’t go to church but this planet needs GOD!

  61. Pauline

    What a nut!

  62. Lori

I hope Disney closes the damn park and moves it to another state. A blue state.

  63. Dan S

I am a lifelong Floridian and have generally supported Disney throughout my life. If I were a shareholder, I would be losing my mind over the decisions that Disney execs have made that decrease profit to ‘make a point’. DeSantis has been 100% correct in his decision making and motivations.. It would have never risin to a level in which it would have been addressed unless the woke execs pushed a political position contrary to the elected government’s will. Insane. Go woke, go broke.

  64. J

Disney is in the business of making money. They should not be dictating what my belief should be or not. If they care so much about human rights. Why are they in bed with the Chinese government. Disney did this to themselves no one else to blame.

    1. Matt

So does that make DeSantis the judge, jury and executioner. 26 out of 52 in the nation. With the increase in the drug trade under his watch this is a political ploy

  65. Matt

With all that tax revenue why doesn’t DeSantis focus on improving the school system. Not to mention the drug trade

  66. Tim C

I’m guessing no other state has any problem with what Florida is teaching, so in that respect Florida is being singled out. I Disney has a sizable investment in Florida so probably will not relocate. They just have to wait until the people of Florida get rid of him and his tyranny.

    1. Melissa Cole

      Tim
Think again. Disney can relocate if it desires. Everyone thinks it won’t happen but look at Atlanta. The film industry is moving to Georgia. Once it starts it hard to turn back. Everyone should tell Desantsis to back off!
Billions of dollars will move somewhere else. This is not good for Florida!

  67. Ann

Disney is already expensive, but Disney will have no choice but to pass any increaed costs to consumers.
DeSantis is hurting the main source of Florida’s economy.

  68. Bill

Actually it’s not illegal like this author claims. It’s illegal to force someone to do something unnecessary like cover your face when we all know it does nothing.

  69. Leslie

What a giant cry baby this governor has become. And a complete control freak whose interest is only for himself not Florida. He is an embarrassment. He’s getting his hands in things based on his own beliefs. He’s creating an absolute mess amongst things that Florida has not had any major issues doing for years before now. He’s destroying people’s lives, spirits, and futures from this power trip he’s running. Vengeance is Mine Sayeth the Lord. All his evil has, and will continue to come back on him, and everyone he loves. Just a disgusting and heartless human being.

  70. Maria

It’s a shame that Ron DESANTIS hates MICKEY MOUSE.. HOPE HIS KIDS FIND OUT

  71. Dee Manuel

DeSantis is the reason younger people don’t trust politicians. He wants to wage attach politics on a company that supports half the state.

  72. Robert

For those who have been educated by woke schools, the bill is the Parental Rights in education Bill. It is a short easy read that a 9th grader should be capable of reading, but in case you can’t, there is not one thing about gay in the bill.

    1. Homer10

      trumpster aleart believe nothing.

  73. Homer10

De Santis. How are you going to explain to the 40000 direct workers and 1.5 million workers that are employed as a result of Disney why they are going to be laid off? The fact that Disney is suing you means they are going to leave Florida, and probably soon, and they are going to use the law suit to make you pay for their move. Yeah, De Santis, you make the Republicon party the party of the unemployed. If you don’t want to work, vote Republicon (trump).

  74. Joe

Litigate for the full value of the development and associated expenses plus the damages associated with having to establish a new development in South Carolina. Then go up around Charleston and shop around very publicly and visibly for two weeks. He’ll probably be removed from office after being turned on by his own constituents by the time you get back, I expect.

  75. sweetp0618

Why do Disney haters read a Disney blog? If you hate Disney, stop reading this website.

  76. Karen

All a political stunt and one more reason I think he is too immature to run for president. He thinks Trump is over the top and yet here he is acting like this. It’s all politics and he forgets how much Disney brings in. I’m not for the push of sex and kids and Disney needs to be slapped for that but going after the land etc is just political crap

  77. T

He is doing too much!! I am sure there is something bigger and more important for him to put his little round ball of energy into. Leave Mickey alone and focus more on the reason why we’re are the leading murder state in the country.
