I think the Jungle cruise ride is perfect. Guests are supposed to be on a rough African jungle exploring cruise. Not a luxe cruise! Get over it pansy crybaby! It’s ADVENTURELAND…
I’ve been on that ride dozens of times and never noticed the audio and have heard and understood all the dialogue from the captain. Seriously, people will complain about anything these days. Sheesh!
Jungle Cruise also needs a better step for exiting the boat. Short older people seem to struggle up the step at the rear of the boat. I’ve seen it many times. Not sure how to fix it, other than to build in one more step.
Last trip was years on Jungle Cruise, but I don’t ever recall having issues hearing the skipper on the boats near the back. Sure a upgrade wouldn’t hurt though it wasn’t what I’d call clear to anyone. But a larger part of the skipper being heard is the skipper projecting their voice properly even into the microphone.
The Jungle Cruise had never gotten old for me. Never had a guide that didn’t speak up. I always look forward to everything at Disney. Anyone who doesn’t like it should go somewhere else and make room for the myriads of those who love it.

It’s not being a crybaby if you can’t understand a word that is being said. Praise your good fortune of perfect hearing .
