Typical woke screwing up as usual. Brie Larson is a Badass Captain Marvel and only she should play that role. She’s now with The Fast and the Furious movie and I’m really happy for her.

I did not like Captain Marvel (the movie) nor the actress that played that super hero so I’m happy to never see Brie Larson again in any other Marvel movie…

That’s why she’s not coming back… Cuz of all the ignorant rhetoric she got for the role. Good for her, I’m glad she stuck it to Marvel and their fans- no one will play the role as good as her- Captain Marvel’s box office totals proved it. I hope she comes over to DC.

If they can’t make good, audience engaging storyline, then they should hang it up. D and I has run it’s course. It doesn’t matter the identity of the hero, if the hero is lame and the writing as well, then it will bomb. The D and D movie was surprisingly good.

  4. She should definitely be in all sequels as Captain marvel she was wonderful!!

Larson looks great in the outfit. She makes me want to buy a ev.

The story isn’t supposed to serve the characters; the characters are supposed to serve the story. The Secret Invasion storyline (and other connected upcoming stories) may not need her to interact with the Skrulls or Fury until a specific time. At any rate, Marvel may already have something similar planned for these characters.

First of all Marvel seems to be going in the direction of D.C. Comics and just not giving a damn what the fans want or deserve! Bree Lawson is Captain Marvel! Just as Henry Cavil is Superman at D.C.! The Critics are the worst influence on comic movies. Antman and the Wasp Quantamania was a excellent movie with a bockbuster opening then the critics killed it with their critics! To leave Bree Out of her own sequel is not only stupid but why even release such a movie as a sequel. Why not just call it what it will be Ms.Marvel and Photon?!? Stupid. Huh?Same with Captain America 4 being turned into a Hulk movie … just stupid! D.C. hiring James gun was a big mistake and now Marvel messing with movies trying to perfect them is a BIG MISTAKE! LEAVE STUFF ALONE THE FANS DESERVE WHAT THEY WANT! BUT LIKE D.C.THE ONLY WAY MARVEL IS GOING TO GET THE MESSAGE IS IF WE THE FANS STOP SHELLING OUT THE CASH TO GO SEE THIS CRAP! I for one have no intention of paying a dime to see anything Gunn puts out at D.C. especially a new Superman flop! Looks like Marvel will have to learn the same lesson! No fans no Box office millions! Period!

Why is it that everybody commenting missed the fact that it was April Fools?

Sorry no. Get rid of her. Make a time machine go back and burn that first movie to the ground.. She was the start with the MCU sucking… Now she will probably kill the FF franchise.. Good going.

So she ditched a show she was never actually part of? Gotcha.

I would much rather have had the original Captain, Mar-Vell. All those lost opportunities with Rick Jones and those Kree Nega-Bands. The Death of Captain Marvel would make a fine movie, and perhaps another with Genis-Vell — then pass the torch to Carol Danvers’ Ms. Marvel. Then she passes Ms. Marvel to Kamala Khan.

Let Carol become Binary and Warbird. Clipping her story clips the character’s wings.

But, nooooo, they had to go “woke”. 😡🙄

    1. Ejkl

I assume “going woke” means what, having a female as the lead in a film? Wawnt there an established Carol Danvers Captain Marvel in the comics? You act as if the MCU just created her on their own, which they didn’t do but nice try

    2. Bardo

I was all with you until you mentioned Kamala Khan

Gender bending kills movies. Captain America is a man.

    1. Charm

Captain America and Captain Marvel are definitely two very different characters 🤦🏾‍♀️

    2. Ejkl

Really? I clearly remember Carol Danvers being Captain Marvel in the comics before they even started talking about a Captain Marvel movie

  14. Bigblackeskimo907

There was an original Captain Marvel in the comic books and they introduced her in one division there is no problematic unless there is a color barrier in the MCU

  15. Bigblackeskimo907

    That should say one version
