They just closed it to fix Hurricane Ian damage I thought. I am not sure how this person came to the conclusion that the very brief closure was going to fix the wait time lol
Just post the guest services daily complaint log for parks around Florida. That would make for about the same reading experience and wouldn’t require any research.
I was there Sunday-Wed and I will say Tuesday was the worst for posted wait times. On the app and in front of the attractions. One time Grigotts said 15 mins, we walked over and it jumped to 60! I will also say I not only witnessed but heard stories from other guests of people cutting in the lines. As we were waiting in lines there would be a single person holding the line for their family of six or whatever to join in causing the line to get longer. Making the queue estimation wrong as well . But also riding the shuttle back to my hotel Tuesday night I spoke with a gentleman who had children and he was boasting about the fact he used child swap to keep switching with his kids every other turn and rode hagrid’s 8 to 9 times in a row.
Well the focus of the maintenance was damage to the queue (which had a wall collapsing) that they had to fix with the ride shut. They just did some light maintenance to the ride itself, soooo

Boo hoo, we had to wait 3 hours in line to get on a ride.
Life sucks, so deal with it. Next time get there early or ride late at.

People acting like anything comes up 100% when it comes up from maintenance…

Did you write an article to say that the wait time was bad on the ride re-opening? Lmao did you think you were going to be the only one riding it?
