Oh iust hush and let people enjoy things! For many it is their first time. We went for our first time last year to Disneyland. We are probably not going to afford another trip anytime soon. If it loses its luster for you then find something else to do and stop complaining!

Imagine having the last name as the author of this article does.

Other than the cool merchandise, I’m not going to miss it much.

the treats were OK, some of the merchandise was very nice………but where was the special parade? the only parade there was one they have had for years………Fire works were soso, I believe even though I enjoy going to the parks quite often, its not for the food, its not for the merchandise, its for the fun of riding the rides and walking around, and people watching……we bring a lot of our own goodies to eat and do buy a meal there on occasion, but thats it….It had nothing to do with the 50th of disney, and it wont have anything to do with the 100th either.

I went Feb 2022 and did not notice much, except the crowds. It was difficult finding any special 50th anniversary merchandise, more on Disney website.
Was there for the Arts Festival, at Epcot, and most places we ate at, (all Disney property) did not really see any difference.
Crowding YES, people think it is a Big Deal, and decide to drag their kids to the Magic Kingdom. Hotels were packed, wait times in line, and hard to acquire Lightning Lane and Disney Genie passes, even after you invested the initial cost of Genie. This was at the 7am opening time too!
Time to stop Celebrations and just have normal park experiences. Maybe the crowding will stop in the off months of years past.

The most disappointing milestone celebration by far. Do you know that for the 15th anniversary Disney gave prizes away all year long? The grand prize every day was a car! The family that won was featured in the parade down Main Street.

Dude where did you learn to count? Oct 21 to March 23 is 18 months. Not nearly three years or 2 1/2 years as you stated. Yes it went too long especially for how lack luster it was compared to other celebrations. Please be more responsible with your writing. It really shows that you are trying to make a quota vs reporting Disney news.

I went last February for my birthday and then December for Christmas. Both times were fun. I wouldnt say it was bad or terrible. Disney does their best to make a stay memorable and for me they delivered. Being there for the 50th I really didnt feel any kind of celebration vibe it was more of a normal Disney vibe.

just another money-grabbing event…now with the event over the money-grabbers continue with Genie+ and much more to steal money from “guests”
