I wasn’t there so to say if he did or did not is not right , however the story sounds pretty fishy so we should just wait until the facts and truth come out

Marvel has a lot of stake in this guy for the next 2 phases. I wouldn’t put it past them to pay the woman off to change her story and shut her up.

I mean, they’re also claiming there’s video evidence, so unless Disney paid off the camera, I don’t think just backing up the Brinks truck would be what gets him off here.

I’m pretty sure Disney gave up their “family friendly” image a bit ago so this may not bother them other than worrying abt people making a stink abt it if he’s actually guilty.

Josh Brolin and William Hurt are both in the MCU and had domestic violence in their past as well. (William Hurt beat and mentally/psychologically abused multiple women, including a 19 year old when he was 35.)
All that to say, why does Disney care about a family friendly image now?

I’ve no idea whether he’s guilty or innocent, but it’s entirely possible he was just beating her to the punch, for want of a better term in the circumstances, by ringing the police. She may have indicated that she was going to ring them, or he was just worried that she would. As stated, ringing the police on yourself doesn’t make sense, but in an act of desperation it might serve as circumstantial evidence in your favour.

You forgot to say it’s also entirely possible he called the police cause his girlfriend was flipping out.

Your entire statement was just to cast doubt on him being a victim making a proactive call
