From what little legal education I have, I’m of the opinion that under almost NO circumstances does Disneyland security have any legal rights to confiscate a guest’s camera or film or digital images without a court order or search warrant specific to that individual case.
They can ban you and trespass you if you refuse to leave, but they don’t have the Constitutional power to confiscate personal cameras.
Actually, Disney Security is a private citizen they actually don’t have any authority to touch you or your belongings. Your right they can escort you out of the park and ban you from returning but they are not law enforcement. In fact if they touch you without permission then you can have them arrested for assault. However, if you start it, they are allowed like any other citizen to defend themselves.

Hahaha…love the idea of unruly guest being taken to Disney jail and reprogramed into an animatronic!
