Cheerleaders are the most annoying, immature, obnoxious, and inconsiderate of any group I’ve ever encountered at Disney World. They’re so loud – nobody wants to hear your cheers in the parks, especially in lines and other small spaces.

Yes! Please stop being happy and trying to spread your enthusiasm.
I spent $140 for a ticket to be miserable, and I will be miserable.

You may be cheerleaders, but you can’t lead me to cheer.

Family will be there for Summit at the end of April. There will be tens of thousands of cheerleaders. This is a great idea to continue the fun all week long.
And for the non cheer families, well these events are planned well in advance so take the time to see whats happeneing when you want to go.

We visit DisneyWorld every year. I have to agree that the “cheer” people are as a whole are the most undisciplined group. I blame the chaperones for not doing their job unless the group gets called out by management after complaints. Then they act surprised – like they didn’t notice the kids were out of control, and then loudly reprimanded. We have four children and 7 grands. We would NEVER allow them to “have fun” at the expense of others. We’ve seen many other similar groups without the selfish behavior having a good time, so I know it can be done.

Anyone being overly loud is a pest, doesn’t matter if you’re in a group or not

      Yes. Manners count.

  3. I SURE AS HELL hope YOU don’t have a daughter!! You’d probably make her take up the accordion or tuba for an activity!! You obviously don’t understand cheerleaders, so you need to shut your mouth!!

“Understand cheerleaders”? How about teaching those girls some respect for others? The chaperone is at fault for allowing such blatant rudeness. There is a place for the cheering: a gym, a competition, a backyard party. This venue is not the place. This group should have been escorted out of the park. If one or two people had been so obnoxious, that would have happened.

AMEN! As the mother of a dancer and cheer coach I appreciate any time my daughter has opportunity to share.
If they are outside, doing something that typically makes people smile, let them make the whole world smile.

I’m all for having fun, but this is an adult chaperone being irresponsible. No reason to start this in a ride line other than to make a TikTok. It’s disrespectful to others. There are other places to do this type of thing where you aren’t subjecting everyone else to your antics. Clearly this was a “watch us” tactic for the sake of a TikTok. What kind of adults will be coming out of this generation? Scary.

God forbid anyone have fun at Disney whilst waiting hours upon hours for the rides! This didn’t sound like it was a continuous thing, only when the lines put the two teams across from each other. Some adults have lost the young person in their soul. If you don’t like it, just don’t go to Disney. Let the other “big” kids go on your behalf to find and watch the sparks of joy in our youth.

The “young person ” in my soul remembers learning that having fun at the expense of others is not responsible. There are some open areas where such “fun” can be had without causing problems. This took place in a wait line. We have experienced it in restaurants. Helping your childreen to learn how to understand “there is a time and place…” will serve them well in their unchaperoned future.

There’s a time and place for everything this is not the time or place. People are already overstimulated by the parks. The last thing these parents need are girls yelling over them at each other, while listening to their own kids scream. Consideration for other people is not a thing anymore and for the people that are defending the cheerleaders, they probably don’t teach thier kids consideration either..

I have two daughters. One was a cheerleader in high school and the other was on dance team, and both competed at WDW. Our teams behaved appropriately while at the parks, hotels, etc. Other teams did not, and my girls had to put up with negative stereotypes.

I don’t have a problem with this tik tok. The girls had a brief, fun exchange of cheers.

  8. I am tired of the rubbish and the pudding down and being very offensive and all the other rubbish going on between people and Walt Disney World. You going to the park and you make it difficult for the people just want us to come over there and just have fun! Where do people get around to complaining about something when it’s very rarely anybody is allowed to be inside a guest circumstance and participate with the parade. Or any kind of Walt Disney World very needing permission to be either Mickey Mouse or any of the characters. For example is that that you have to think about. I’m not happy that it makes it more difficult and more difficult and more difficult that Walt Disney World will soon have police picking people off the crowds and they weren’t guilty of anything done. When I was going to Walt Disney World a long time ago people just went in and went out and we’re happy. Especially when I was with my parents and my brother and sister enjoying Walt Disney World. I don’t condone in the insults and disrespect. You take too much time to go someplace when you don’t know the people don’t have chance to even going to Walt Disney World. And worrying about what is this and that and is what is wrong is that. Especially when my mother is Native American and the other comment about Native Americans.

At least I can turn off my hearing aids.
