  1. I thought this was going to be an article about the parks being accessible for the disabled–which is a good thing. It should have been entitled “Entitled Americans are whiny and the Europeans are not.”

This could be an article about entitled people in general. They come in all shapes sizes and nationalities (not just US…sorry to burst your superiority bubble). I am a former cast member too and entitlement is much more of a socio-economic thing than a geographic boundary thing.

Humans in general have entitlement attitudes. Family with kids, people that speed around on scooters, wheele chairs who don’t pay attention.

I used the work in Guest Relations and I was flabbergasted every single day at the expectations of guests. And they would not leave us til they got what they demanded. It was UNREAL!

I had a stroke two years ago and am sensitive to led lights and sounds coming from multiple directions.
I figured I couldn’t go to Disney anymore.
They have a program where you check in at the line. If the wait is 30 minutes, you wait outside for 30 minutes and are then allowed in the lighting lane. I don’t get to go ahead of anyone else. If you and I went to the line at the same time, you would go first.
But now I can go on the lrides. Thanks Disney
