Families who are too timid should Stick with Magic Kingdom or Animal Kingdom. They have 4 parks that family friendly. I think it’s time to reach into the 20th Century Fox vault and mix them with the Disney icons. Can you imagine a full park with attractions based on Maleficent, Darth Vader, Jack Skeleton, Alien, Ursula, Alice in Wonderland, Planet of the Apes, Jafar, Predator, Dr. Facilier, Independence Day, Cruella, Die Hard, Hades and the baddies from Home Alone. That’s a full fledge park. That could bring the thrills but to cater to everyone.
A villains park? YES!!!!! For too long the villains have been ignored and shunted to the background. Let’s put them in the foreground and show them off!
If parents think their kids would be “too scared”, then they shouldn’t take them. Let’s grow another generation of whiny, scared-of-everything kids!
I see nothing wrong with portraying the Disney villains…. As long as they are not portrayed as horror villains such as Jason Voorhies, Freddie Krueger and Michael Myers!!! There should however, be a warning, sign before the entrance for families to read about the characters!

Not a bad point, but not all those are in the Disney library as it were. And Jack Skellington isn’t a villain; Oogie Boogie is the baddie in NBC.

Build it right on top of Universal’s new horror theme area/park at Area 15 in Las Vegas. Adults only possibly. This is a no brainer!
