    You all realize that Tokyo Disney is not fully operated by Disney right? It also speaks of cast members not characters. Most cast member uniforms are already considered unisex. This is basically saying that uniform style can be chosen by the cast member. If you want to wear the main street emporium uniform that has slacks, sure. If you want to wear the dress, sure. Why is it such a big deal to some of you?
