I agree that Disney standards have gone to “trash”. On one trip to Animal Kingdom, I rode the Kali River Rapids. The underside of the hand rail were so filthy that I scraped a handfull of slime and gunk from it. I brought it to the attention of management, and they acted as if they couldn’t care less!! I pointed out that children ride this attraction, and still no concern. I was appalled
Yessss. Disneyland is our go to, and is always extremely clean and tidy. Went to World for first time in 10 yrs. HORRIBLE. Trash everywhere, in line queues, in seats on rides. Staff were ride. Ill never go back to world. Highly disappointed

There was a time Disney took pride in cleanliness but not so much now. Bathrooms are disgusting, buildings not pressure washed, and glass or chrome not cleaned daily.
In all the years I have gone to Disney, which is 23 times, I NEVER saw trash anywhere like the photo. None ever outside the cans. How unsanitary and disgusting. Get things fixed Disney, us long timers aren’t coming back until you do.
You r going to see more and more of this first bc of entitled people believing they don’t have to clean up after themselves and bc Disney is laying off people so they can have a bigger profit than the 2.5 billion they had the first quarter they won 5.5 billion the second quarter so they’re laying of 7000 people.
I agree that the cleanliness has declined. Years ago, I was amazed at how quickly spills and trash was cleaned up. During a visit in October 2021 and arriving at the Magic Kingdom parking lot at 8:00 a.m., the trash can was already overflowing and spilling onto the ground. Next day, upon leaving Animal Kingdom late day, there was a box of spilled popcorn by the entrance. Big noticeable difference in lack of effort and/or staff to keep the parks clean.
Its true Disney has lost its way, putting profit over everything else no matter what the fall out will be, quite shameful to be honest.
It seems they just want to make a quick buck no matter what. Disney used to be so good, it was always expensive, but you felt you got value for your money. These days they are even more expensive and you get less value, service and the state of the parks and hotels has fallen considerably. My family and I have come for many years, with Chapek gone we had hoped things would improve, but other than parking not a lot else has happened. Now Disney is cutting 7000 peoples jobs where they work in Disney who knows its sad not only for them but also for what Disney has become.
Until things change (if they ever will) we have moved over to staying at Universal and may just have a few days at Disney rather than a full 2 weeks. Far too costly and far less for your money that just a few years ago. Sad state of affairs.
