It’s freiken Disneyland.. its not like the kid shoved them to be rude.. Grace people.. kids do not have the best judgment, especially those extremely excited..if u wana be around kids that aren’t excited to see u, become a teacher…
That’s why it is the PARENTS’ job to watch that their little darling doesn’t cause physical harm. I realize it’s frickin Disney, but that’s why the parent must be extra vigilant.
35 years ago at MK, kids circled characters because they had no attendants. I witnessed children yanking on arms, legs, tails of costumed characters and one child almost pulled off Pluto’s paw.
The father of this child should have been by her side so that she would not have gotten so aggressive.
That’s why it’s called the craziest place on earth. People young and old lose there minds and the parents don’t even watch there kids. Bc they r too busy acting like fools
Epic parenting fail. The father should have been monitoring his daughter’s behavior. This is unacceptable and now she’s learning that it’s okay to do this. When I took my son to WDW when he was 4, he had the most amazing meet and greet with Pluto. He stood quietly and waited for Pluto to acknowledge him. I didn’t have to tell him. He was taught to be polite. Chip and Dale however ran to him and started tickling him which made for an amazing adventure for him. It’s how kids are being brought up and in this day and age, they’re not being taught anything.
She was probably mimicking exactly what she has seen in Disney Parks commercials… where children run up to characters walking through the park for a warm embrace. It’s on TV all the time. Looks like her father was just a few steps away when it happened.

I have been to Disney enough to know that you don’t approach the characters until they let you know they are ready to “see” you!
