I have a service dog and we walk as far away as possible from the K-9 when we go to Disneyland.
Four years ago, the K-9 broke his training and tried to lunge towards my dog because the officer didn’t notice my dog in the crowds in time to hold the dog back I had to use my body as a shield between the K-9 and my dog.
An officer’s dog is trained to be an attack dog. They are basically a weapon waiting for their handler to give the command to attack.
Let’s hope other families complain and the officer is reassigned.
Those aren’t “officers” they are security hosts. Still not a good joke but I did want to make that distinction. The only official law enforcement are the Orange County Deputies
Since some people have such thin skin, the guy only needs to be reminded of this and asked not to tease the guests. Why fire him for the first complaint? Geez, lighten up people!

Agree..ill mannered prank.
DisneyWorld shoukd ban the officer from its grounds.
The dept the officer works for should reassign him, and place him into guest sensitivity training.
But again Disney should ban this officer from its property.

If it was a deputy or sheriff, then Disney has no control here, if not, then absolutely they should fire them or at least retraining.
