If these moves get Disney back on Walt’s track do it!

  2. Steve

Maybe they need to look at themselves for the cause of these issues. Specifically, extreme overcrowding, nickel and diming, and the kinds of people they’re trying to appeal to.

    1. lorraine

who, the entitled? if someone can t handle the price then dont go

      1. Christian

He said “nickel and diming” and you immediately go to “can’t afford” as if that’s your middle class badge of honor. Yay! You’re the best in your cul de sac and at your PTA meetings! Suburban zombie

        1. A

This is literally the bad behavior Disney doesn’t want to see among guests. Treat each other kindly, if you don’t agree move on. Life isn’t worth always being in a bitter mood

          1. Christia

Calling out pathetic comments has zero to do with bitter or mood. Thanks for proving me right though. I can’t expect those with cult brain to recognize they have a cult brain.

          2. Cater to children and families again not to the overgrown children who complain alot. Maybe then us real adults with children might come back.

          3. Teddy Gingerich

Some of us who go to the parks without children are also “real adults.” Are you implying that only people with children should be allowed to go? Walt himself welcomed all ages in his opening address.
I do agree that there are some in the adult age range who act like 6 year olds, but some of them are there with kids. “Disney adult” has become an insult, but I don’t mind being one. My grown daughter and I share a love for DL, and it’s something she will be introducing her fiancé to. Please don’t be one of those who complain about guests without kids.

          4. Daniel

Is there any study that may show a relationship between alcohol sales at the parks and misbehaving guests? Why do so many people feel that you cannot have fun at a theme park with your kids without alcohol? Did the parks have so many issues with violence prior to alcohol sales or is it just a change in attitudes with newer generations?

          5. D

            I was wondering that also.

          6. Teddy Gingerich

It may not be the only factor, but it does seem to have some effect. I don’t object to other people drinking, but I do wish it weren’t part of Disney parks except at specific venues. I don’t care for seeing people wander around DCA with cups of beer or margaritas. It’s not the Renaissance Festival; it’s Disneyland.

          7. Gary

You are right, Christian is wrong & may be WOKE!

          8. Gary

My above post was supposed to be under A.

        2. Shadup

You sound like a triggered mouth breather.

      2. Steve

This is ironic when you make it clear in your next post you’re a resident AP.

        1. Christian

“Next post” didn’t happen at a Disney park. What else ya got?

          1. Steve

I replied to lorraine. Are you confused?

          2. jdJF

I am less congused than you are rude. My post was a response to your enlightened original comment.

          3. Steve

Clearly you have no idea what you are saying and shouldn’t be on the internet unsupervised.

          4. Shadup

            Mouthbreather alert.

    2. JF

Bad behavior is unacceptable. Period. No tolerance.

    3. Joel

Steve, still don’t have a life I see

  3. Tina

I was just at Magic Kingdom yesterday and was EXTREMELY disappointed over how horrible the entire experience was! I spent $1000 for 1-day passes for my family and regret every penny! I will NEVER go there again as long as I live! It’s very overpriced, the rides are outdated, the fast passes are a total scam as they could not be used on the good rides, the food was disgusting, and last but not least, the employees were very rude and disrespectful towards the park guests! Their woke agenda and destructive customer service will destroy Disney! They need to rid their park of their employees, not the guests! I just can’t believe how horrible it was! My boys who are 7 and 5 years old say that they don’t like Disney. It’s heartbreaking to hear that after spending so much money to make your children happy in a so-called magical place. Thanks Disney for ruining the magic that once existed!

    1. lorraine

we go to the parks sometimes twice a week……….Maybe twice in the past 45 have I had a cast member be rude to me. 99.99999 percent of the time they go overboard to help you with anything they can. I will agree it is crowded a lot of the time and maybe because we go so often we can skip a ride if the line is so long . I guess attitude of the guests goes a long way also. I enjoy crowds but not like new years eve. People should just chill out a little more, take a little more time to enjoy their time there. It is still magical.

      1. Da baby

It is, 100%. And the workers there get yelled at all the time by guests, and yet are still amazing!!

    2. DC

      There are no fast passes.

    3. Christian

I knew before reading the replies you were going to get the brain dead suburbanite mindless responses. The Disney fans will do as they’re told, when they’re told and how they’re told. They love lines and waiting in lines and all things fake and plastic. They don’t grasp people who might only go once or twice and be miserable. Your experience and post is how a normal person would react to that. However, the suburbanite mommies and mini van daddies find this life amazing. They’re a marketing department dream……easily convinced of anything.

      1. Bobbie Jo Justice

I’m all for kicking out and banning disruptive, violent thugs and remove some loudmouth, pushy, “Kens and Karens” while you’re at it too, please.

      2. Jack

Back to your GLAAD meeting, mouthbreather.

    4. Amy

You went during a very stressful time. We are all human, but new years and Christmas are two days you should always plan on skipping the park. I’m sorry your sons had a miserable experience.

    5. Chief chiefington

What do you consider a “woke” agenda? I feel like that’s a term mindless people use when the don’t understand something.

      1. Marvin

        Thanks for proving Chief’s point.

    6. Lynn

Bogus review….Fast Passes don’t exist anymore….they have been gone since 2021. Nothing wrong with the food, in fact there are some great items even in quick service. I can vouch for the nasty guests…especially the ones using the term “woke”. The cast members work their tails off trying to please guests. They get yelled at, physically assaulted, spat at and threatened daily.

    7. Aj

Tina must be one of those garbage conservatives who believe that “woke” is anything to the left of hunting the homeless for sport.

      1. Steve

Some day crazy leftists will realize attaching their photos isn’t helping their points.

    8. Marvin

The fact that you state employees were very rude and disrespectful towards park guests shows you are a troll making this up. Begone and be gone. Won’t be missing ya.

  4. Pat

Tina, you went at one of the busiest times of year. Maybe Cast Members were rude cause they tired of the way people are treating them and thinking it’s all about them. Is Disney expensive yes, is it crowded yes. NO more Fastpasses, it’s Genie +. It works well if you know how to use it right, and yes you pay for it. Sorry you had a crappy time, but this time year you have to make the best of it. Maybe go to Universal. Tickets are expensive, and you pay big money for front of line passes there. If that’s too expensive for you, Six Flags might be up your speed.

    1. JANICE

Something tells me that no one at Disney is going to be sad “Tina” won’t be back.

  5. Mickeymouse3

If I saw a “tik tokker”, “Karen”, or a “brawler” being escorted out of a Disney park, I’d be up front giving a loud clap to the staff giving them the boot. Get your 15 minutes of social media fame somewhere else! The rest of us want a vacation, not a disruption.

  6. Jennifer

I agree with Disneys decisions. Guests who cause arguments, fights, etc. they need to be asked to leave. Guests who are on vacation or a staycation are there to enjoy themselves, not there to see others act like children. Disney should also consider the dress code policy. No one( children or adults) needs to see boobs, ass or tights clothes of what they ate for breakfast. It’s a family park, not some club.

  7. Christian

The real problem is no one knows how to throw a punch, end it and not draw a scene. Haha. I saw a “brawl” once that started with a large family reunion forcing and pushing their entitled garbage in to everyone. One kid got knocked over and that mom asked them to stop and yelled at them, rightfully so. Since the large group lacks self awareness they then played the victim. It then started with 2 males, and spilled out of the line. If only the male protecting his family could have punched better, taken out a jaw and knocked him to the concrete there would be no scene. I wanted to swing on behalf of the guy. Unfortunately both families were escorted away and likely both had to leave.

If we can’t punch, how about we carry around spray water bottles and treat human sludge like cats. Spray them in the face and say “no! No!”

    1. Jack

It’s creepy how overly invested in Disney weirdos.

  8. I do not visit Disney very often (lack of grandchildren so far), but taking a HARD stand against poor conduction is a GREAT idea. “Oh My Goodness, We Must Not Offend Anyone For Any Reason” is KILLING America, much Disney. So KICK THEM …. OUT !
(And BTW, first time I see someone carrying a weapon inside Disney I am GONE forever.)

    1. Henry

Sooooooo……properly owned and maintained weapons offend you? That’s KILLING America I thought? Haha

    2. Steve

It’s a little ironic you’re saying people being offended is killing America, then go on about how offended you would be seeing someone exercising a Constitutional right.

  9. Max

One polite warning at Oracle Park during a San Francisco Giants game, the next offense you are escorted out with whatever force is necessary (that is the policy, not the operational reality). But it is more enjoyable to see a baseball game there than it ever was at Candlestick where they had an undefined policy.

  10. Bxmamipr712

I thought this was always a policy? If people fight or disrespect cast members, they should be told to leave. Today’s society is a joke. They have no class or consideration whatsoever, and are “offended” by any and everything. Then if asked to vacate the premises for unacceptable behavior, literally every person claims some sort of discrimination. I have passes to the movies and go a few times a week, and every single time I go, there is someone being completely unruly and ruining it for everyone. Then the staff is afraid to say something to them. It’s getting to the point where you can’t go anywhere at all without someone behaving like a savage animal, and then everyone else is held up and inconvenienced.

    1. Da baby

I’m that one guy that will say something. Maybe we just need more people like that?

  11. Oakeagle

Doesn’t seem like a very “woke” response. Whatever happened to diversity and acceptance ??? Gov DeSantis would approve. And, so do I.

    1. Steve

The reality will be extremely woke, like when a family was banned for being beaten up by blacks.

  12. Dave

You are witnessing the TIME OUT and IM GOING TO COUNT TO THREE generation of our society. They grew up without being spanked as punishment for mis-behaving because some psychology professor said it hurt their self esteem, remember? So here we are, dealing with them as adults still wanting their little blankies and pacies while they throw their little tantrums.

  13. Aj

I would imagine there will be a great reduction in trump cultists. I can’t imagine a more rude, cruel group of people.

    1. Steve

How about you stay out of Florida, Aj. We don’t want child molesters here.

  14. David

I was just at Disneyland for New Years… expected a fantastic time, it was garbage. 4 rides were down in California adventure for an hour or more(cars since the day before) which made the other lines much longer(never seen Arial longer than 5min ever. It was 50min!). The new app was absolutely terrible. And to make matters worse using that app in the rain! The rain chooses what it wants to on your phone. On that note no fireworks show at 9pm or 12am… Universal Studios Hollywood and the Queen Mary both put on fireworks shows in the rain! To put the icing on the cake these money hungry fat cats at Disney closed an hour early than advertised. I mean if this is not something to complain about please let me know I’m wrong

  15. All of the price gouging, warm temperatures and violence are the main reasons why I don’t want to go to WDW. Especially, if there’s a probability of myself needing a wheelchair. I wish my family would rather want to go somewhere else.

  16. Heather

I agree with rude guests getting kicked out. We just got back (13 of us) and we we’re waiting patiently in the 2hr slinky dog ride but another large party decided to have 1 party member wait in line while others went on another ride and decided to line jump once the placeholder was about 15 minutes ready to ride. I took pics & videos and brought it to a worker’s attention but they acted like I had 3 heads. During our 2hr wait (which was only supposed to 1.5hours) we had at least 15-20 people line jump (mostly grown @ss adults)! So sick of rude and inconsiderate people ruining our fun when we put our pants on the same way. $20k down the toilet and for what??!! No more Disney for us. I’ll spend less thank $10k for a week long cruise and all you can eat amazing food!!

    1. Stu

We went to Disney for 5 days last week and on every ride with a longer wait than 45 minutes people would cut in line. I’ve seen people cut the line on other trips but not on every single ride.

  17. other than thast, did you have a good time!!

  18. Stuart

People need to learn to have mutual respect for each other again. A grown woman with her adult family pushed her way through our family then started to push our 2 year old son out of the way on his birthday. Just to take a video of the parade. Nobody was even around when we found our spot to watch the parade. It’s crazy
