Omg these people need to touch grass. There’s nothing offensive on the shirt…it’s literally showing that people of all races can show love for one another. Isn’t that what Disney wants? Inclusion?? I’m so sick of the perpetually offended of this generation. Also, if you’re going to mention tarbaby in your story, at least acknowledge the definition that was used in that instance for the film and hint…it wasn’t true derogatory one. Use a dictionary ffs.

I own the DVD depicted. And I still say it’s not racist. Baskett was an inspiration. His character was wise, kind and caring and the man won an honorary Oscar for that role, which is historic. (Disney fought to have him get a regular Academy Award and lost, but it’s still historic.) I’m reminded of what another amazing and historic Oscar winner, Hattie McDaniel, once said, “I’d rather play a maid than be one.” The replies of some of the people shown are more racist than the film.

I want to know where I can get one. My fam loves this movie.

Three people are walking along the path, holding hands and laughing. Even the rabbit has a grin. If that’s racist, well, then I guess I’m a racist. I see people of different cultures and race coming together for a happier time after a bad and dark part of our history.
If yer offended by this, go zip a dee doo dah yourself!!

Disney is doing itself a feat disservice by hiding the film. It is painfully obvious that so many people have not seen the movie. If you’ve actually seen the movie, you know it is far from racist. It brings whites and blacks together at a time in our country’s history needed to see this.

What a bunch of ignorant snowflakes.

I’m just shocked Disney allowed it for having a bootleg cover of the film on his shirt lol

I laugh at all you people just now figuring out that Adam The Woo support these types of things. This is why we stop being friends with him.

Never. This woman needs a huge reality check.

It’s just a shirt. Literally just a shirt. Three people and a cartoon rabbit doing nothing about race, saying nothing about race, portraying nothing about race. No one was a victim of this shirt. Context matters.

This shit is getting out of hand seem to me if blacks don’t like something it’s racist. And who is the most racist bunch of people if it isn’t the black they start this shit. And everyone kisses there ass bc we don’t want to offend bull. Crap this shirt is not racist. When is the shit going to stop. Maybe Disney should just make a theme park just for blacks

So….these stories are based on African folk tales and brought over by the slaves….and they’re
“offensive”. Meanwhile, in the actual fairy tale of The Princess and the Frog, the Princess is white. But that’s ok. Right? Yep….this is how screwed up Disney has gotten.

Racism seems to go only one way. However, if there is a reply or opinion on it, it’s also considered racist. Only certain people are permitted to be offended. If everyone were able to be offended, the View would be canceled.

  16. Joel Harris checked and rechecked his content – and it is about the only surviving record of the Black Communes folk tails – something depicting a black person is not raciest – what the do goodies are doing is no different than denying the holocaust – they want to rewrite history to mold the world into their thinking.

    I want one!!!
