There needs to be someone “man or woman” at the helm of Disney that is alot like Walt in thinking, like Roy on the money end, and like Lillian (Walt’s wife) for the female touch. Sure Disney needs to make a profit but it can be moderate, the main focus of Disney should be the guest not the money side, that is the way Walt wanted it! So listen up Disney go back to the roots of what Walt, Roy & all the Imagineers created. And get away from the things that is hurting Disney’s image & Walt. So if you are a follower of Walt do it!
Everyone thinks Bob Iger is going to save Disney, but since he’s been back he has not done anything to address any of the issues related to guest experiences in the parks listed in the article. Bob Iger is no Walt Disney.
