We were there on 1/11, bought the LL pass, got in got through the first room then it went down , they sent us out , then it came back up an hour later went back in and it happened again same spot and we were sent back out , then an hour later we finally made it all the way through! But with genie +, all those delays took time away from all the other rides, we should have at least been refunded the LL cost….what you all think?
I know of friends who felt they didn’t get their moneys worth out of Genie. They went to Guest Services and actually did get a refund. Wish I had known that the last time I was there. Genie ripped me off.
It’s time to check all the parts of the rides and replace damaged parts. If it’s tech redo it. Prices are so high it is shame they don’t keep up the equipment as they did before. Time for a change. I have not been in 7 years and not sure I want to go again because of all the woke junk going on. It was fun then, but since all the new prices I don’t know if it’s worth it. Maybe a trip to somewhere else would be better and cheaper. I am having 2nd thoughts on Disney.

I have to say I’m not a woke,60 old school and didn’t see that when I was there, but the resistance is very very cool ride, when it’s working!#%$, genie +worked pretty darn good, but genie +rides fill up early so after 3 or so there an’t much left. But I lost time early in the morning because of the 2 hour window that locks you out of the other rides we could have been riding in the down time . $139 ,1 day ticket , $15 for genie +,$15 for LL And got in 8 rides all the good ones plus fantastic , don’t fear it’s only $$$
We were there for out honeymoon. We had the LL. We get all the way to the part where we would go on the actual ride and get told it is down and get sent out. It is the one ride we came for! It was down the rest of the day. There were 3 of the major rides down that day. Big letdown for us for all we paid.
Disney maintenance is a disaster. Maybe they should stop hiring for ESG and get an engineering department that can build and maintain things at a level at or above Six Flags.
