Guests are in the parks/resorts way more than Disney Corporate.
There used to be a term in old school Disney called “Walk the Parks”…. a standard which should be a requirement from mid level corporate to Mr. Iger, as a condition of their roles in the Disney company.
Walk the parks, greet and talk to the guests….No surveys…actually talk to the guests, listen hear what they have to say and then act on it.
Guests whether its their first trip to WDWR or DLR, or their 50th trip, the guests are there experiencing it everyday….rather than the executives couped up in an office in Burbank.
For WDWR, Team Disney Building, OMG….what the heck is it? A nuclear reactor? A Coffee pot? 90’s MTV vomit?…..Imagineering should redesign the building to invoke and reflect more of Disney. Take a look at Team Disney HQ in Burbank. At least they got something right in California.
