Wait til they have rides where guests lay in a flotation tank. That requires an entirely separate outfit to change into. Bigger lockers then! And a dressing room.

    I just made that up.

I’ve been to Shanghai Disneyland and the lockers were right at the top of the walkway ramp at the ride entrance. They were also free. Cast members were at the Premier Access, Single Rider, and Standby entrances monitoring these devices. There were also ride vehicles at the entrance that acted as a photo op and test location to ensure you knew how to board the ride, and how to straddle the vehicle.

    -_-
People are seriously surprised that phones are banned… SixFlags, Universal, SeaWorld all have banned phones on rides for the longest time.

I have no issue with this plan but the lockers had better be complementary like at Universal or there could be a huge rebellion.

guess I’ll be sitting this one out or finding the straps to keep my prescription glasses on so I can see the ride. although I think we’ll be waiting longer–obvious typo–opens in 20203?

Since I won’t be going back to Disney until they become pre covid Disney again, I guess I don’t have to worry about this. Probably ever.

People are always losing stuff on rides and then getting angry when cast members can’t stop the ride and go look for their phone or whatever at once. This does not surprise me at all.

Old universal duel dragons ride had a guest loose sight in one eye when a guest on the other coaser lost an object which hit a guest on ther other coaster in his eye. Yes lock your stuff up on fast roller coasters with people underneath.
