Some jobs can be done from home. It costs a company to maintain and climate control buildings. Many executives want employees in the office so they can say “hey, look at me in my office!” Disney is pushing technology,, yet doesn’t want to take advantage of it. You will find most at Disney tow the leftist line of “man made” climate change and here they have an opportunity to to help by allowing fewer cars on the road, but their true belief shows.
Anyone who thinks Iger is going to fix Disney was severely disillusioned. Iger initiated a LOT of the policies that were initiated under Chapek. He has the chance to fix his mistake but he won’t.
