We experienced this scenario but without the megaphone tonight. We got in the group headed towards the castle but at right about the entrance to Dervish and Banges, the crowd was at a standstill. It was confusing and we thought about trying to skirt through but then saw ropes condoning the area through some people’s legs. But no one behind us knew why we all stopped. Confusion ensued and people in the back kept pushing forward to try to get through what seemed to be a no reason stop. As my husband and I along with my two small children started to get squeezed on all sides, I started yelling back to people loudly that it was blocked to hopefully stop the people pushing through. A few more kept coming and my husband and I had to swoop up our kids because they were getting stepped on. Thank God the guys behind us started linking arms across to stop people and the message made its way back through the crowd, but it was terrifying. I would’ve traded a witch or wizard staff member with an amplifying charm “barking” instructions over that situation tonight any day. Universal has more than enough resources to prevent these problems and they need to take it seriously before someone is seriously hurt.

It sounds like Universal isn’t hiring the best available. This is how you fumble an easy win over Disney.
