    this is annoying. i was stuck at the top of the elevator drop shaft once for 30 minutes. they made no announcements. it took them 15 minutes to even turn the lights on. once they finally started making announcements they kept saying the ride could start at anytime…again, while we were at the top of the drop shaft. we had no idea at what point we would be dropping. and then when i told guest relations about the incident they said “sorry that happened to you”. nothing else. 🙄

    How about including the whole quote next time which had an acronym at the end – LMAO.
    Obviously being “traumatised” was a joke.

      Thanks for bringing that to our attention. I was trying to figure out what part of this managed to “traumatize” her for life! lol And that “never knowing when we were gonna drop” comment…you never really know when you’re gonna drop…that’s part of the ride!

        Getting water splashed in your face is a fun part of a ride.
        Getting strapped to a table for long periods of times being splashed with water is considered torture.

        Context is important.
