Disney World has been becoming increasingly dull and generic. Are you thinking that Disney Springs isn’t just a generic, boring strip mall? Guess again. Especially compared to what it used to be.
Disney has been “sterilizing” their resorts for the past decade or so. They are trying to become the Hiltons, the Marriott’s, and any other hotel brand as they want to cater to businesses and conventioneers. They do not want “fantasy” and/or families at these venues.
It a New Year so I will try to be kind. If people do not like what WDW has to offer, stay home. I believe that a lot of people are looking at WDW as it used to be. Let’s call it ” Mouse Goggles”. It will never be like that first few rushes that we all had. I look at it this way. I have no fear, anxiety or having to look over my shoulder. I feel so safe there. I will always want this feeling. I will pay for that safe, child like feeling.
I’ll be right direct to the point you should have just stayed with Walt Disney’s dream and not your own also remind me of lost Vegas when they demolition the Stardust to places that will never go Walt Disney is overrated sorry ladies and German

As a longtime Boardwalk guest, this is embarrassing. Disney has lost its soul and commitment to unique, immersive experiences.

Bad take. Families go to Disney to be in the Disney bubble. If it all just starts to blend with every day things, it’s lost it’s appeal.
